I started pilates with incredible neck and back problems and I really did not expect such fast results! Christina is an impeccable instructor, professional but also a very warm person who helped me overcome my problem!

Μετά από 2 τοκετούς , είδα τον κορμό μου να επανέρχεται και να δυναμώνουν όλες οι μυικές ομάδες ! Δίνει πολύ προσοχή στον καθ'ένα ξεχωριστά και στην σωστή διεξαγωγή των ασκήσεων !
