★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szobák állapota botrányos, a klímát pénzért adták, pedig nem úgy hirdették. A klíma beltériből az ember fejére csöpög a víz. Rovarok és gyikok (gekkók) ki-be járnak a szobába. Tisztaság kritikán alluli. Fürdővíz 30 perc után sem meleg, de még langyos sem. A reggelis szállás ellenére fizetni kellet a reggeliért. Az ágy kényelmetlen, hűtő nem működik. A csap csöpög és nem lehet elzárni. A személyzet ígérget, de semmi nem történik. Ez egy borzasztó hely. 10 napra foglaltunk, de egy éjszaka után kerestünk egy másikat hotelt ami szintén 3*-os, de 7* különbség van a kettő között. A pénzünket nem adtak vissza, pedig csak 80%-ot szerettem volna vissza kérni. Az ellenségemnek sem kívánom ezt a helyet.
 The condition of the rooms is scandalous, the climate was given for money, although it was not advertised as such. From the indoor climate, water drips on a person’s head. Insects and geckos walk in and out of the room. Purity is criticized. Bath water is not hot after 30 minutes, but not even lukewarm. Despite the morning accommodation, you had to pay for breakfast. The bed is uncomfortable, the fridge does not work. The tap drips and cannot be turned off. The staff promises, but nothing happens. This is a terrible place. We booked for 10 days, but after one night we looked for another hotel which is also 3 *, but there is a 7 * difference between the two. Our money was not returned, although I only wanted to ask for 80% back. I don't want this place for my enemy either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Átverés! A “hotel” egy rossz munkás szálló! A tuladonos szerint teljesen rendben van hogy zárt lakrészbe állatok szabadon járnak ki-be! A klímából az ágyra csepeg a víz. Este nincs melegvíz a fürdéshez! kifizetsz 4 felnőtt ágyat, és 2 pótágy + 2 ággyal helyettesítik. Szerintük ez mind rendben van! Megtévesztéssel hírdetnek! Sajnos így két család nyaralását rontották el.
Scam! The “hotel” is a bad worker hostel! According to the owner, it is perfectly okay for animals to move in and out freely in a closed living space! Water drips from the climate onto the bed. There is no hot water for bathing in the evening! you pay for 4 adult beds and are replaced by 2 extra beds + 2 beds. They think it's all right! They advertise by deception! Unfortunately, this ruined the vacation of two families.

Pełno pająków na suficie, wybijająca kanalizacja w łazience, lodówka która nie pełni nawet funkcji dekoracyjnej bo jest zarówno wizualnie jak i technicznie tragiczna. Pokoje sprzątane po łebkach, smród, brud. Za darmo bym tu nie chciała być. Z zewnątrz obiekt ładny ale wewnątrz skandalicznie. Nie polecam naprawdę lepiej dołożyć i nie zastanawiać się w nocy co człowieka gryzie. Dziw bierze, ze nikt tego nie zamknął
This hotel is the bottom of the bottom. I do not recommend. The ceiling is full of spiders, the bathroom sewage system is knocking out, a refrigerator that does not even have a decorative function because it is both visually and technically tragic. Rooms cleaned to the head, stench, dirt. I wouldn't want to be here for free. Nice exterior, but outrageous inside. I do not recommend that you really do better to do it and not to wonder what bites you at night. It is strange that nobody closed it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tu s Alexandrií už podruhé, tentokrát na konci sezony. A opět jsme byli spokojeni. Sice skromnější a starší vybavení a zařízení, v jídle a pití menší výběr, ale vše stále v pohodě. Personál milý, i po 3 letech si nás všichni pamatovali a vítali nás jako rodinu. "Big paráda" je samozřejmě hlavně King barman Spiros. A nesmím zapomenout na milou, ochotnou a veselou delegátku Gábinu Zotou Caskovou. Jen zde mělké moře nás tu tentokrát trochu zklamalo. V tomto období (konec září) bylo často zkalené (jemný písek). Užili jsme si ale naopak výhody tohoto období, tj. velmi málo lidí, klid a pohodu.

Staff nice, even after 3 years we all remembered us and welcomed us as a family. "Big show" is of course mainly King bartender Spiros. And I must not forget the kind, willing and cheerful delegate of Gabina, Zota Casková. Only here the shallow sea disappointed us a bit this time. During this period (end of September) it was often turbid (fine sand). On the contrary, we enjoyed the advantages of this period, ie very few people, peace and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most staff were friendly and lovely, however, not everyone was very nice, particularly the lady on reception someone said her name was "Ola" & another man - don't know if he is the manager.
Chef was very nice and friendly plus the kitchen staff did an amazing job, catering for so many people 3 times per day. Great job.
Young man on reception and the bar staff were lovely. Spiros was best all giving it 100%, dont know how he does it.
We were in a group of about 50 of us, with our company and it made us feel sometimes slight unwelcomed.
Some of us paid privately to stay before and after our company.
And you have to pay €7 euros per night for aircon - when its scorching hot in August.
Particularly on one incident we booked room of 4 females and it stated 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds.
However, there were 2 single beds and 1 double bed, for 2 people.
When we asked for 4 individual beds it turned into a argument with the lady on reception and a man which was unnecessary and was poor customer service. "Telling us the room is what they want it to be (YES) and we paid for the room already."
(Ola should not be on reception, she should be around the back some where away from customers), with her unprofessional smerk.
All they needed to say was we will try and accommodate your request.
In the end they delivered a fold up bed - which I ended sleeping on.
I should have, had the guts to stay by myself at another hotel, rather than staying as a group.
