Με το εν λόγω κατάστημα έχουμε συνεργασία εγώ ως τεχνικός και αυτή ως κατάστημα 20 έτη.,, πάντα η εξυπηρέτηση τους είναι άψογη και τώρα που βρίσκομαι εκτός αθηνών η αποστολή τους για ότι χρειαστώ είναι άμεση. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ Δημήτρης από Πάρο. A big thumbs up for the few stores in Greece fully informed and trained. I have been working with this store as a technician and she as a store for 20 years. Their service is always impeccable and now that I am out of Athens their shipment for whatever I need is immediate. Thank you very much Dimitris from Paros.

Πήγα και το παιδί μου έφερε το ανταλλακτικό αμέσως ! Σίγουρα το προτείνω . The best store of its kind! In 2 stores I was told that my spare part has been removed and in fact one of them suggested that I throw away the device! I went and my child brought the spare part immediately! I definitely recommend it.

Όμως οι λάμπες αλογόνου για σόμπα που πήρα κάηκαν σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο με ελάχιστες ώρες χρήσης ! I have received many spare parts from this store and I consider it quite good! But the halogen lamps for stove I got burned in less than a year with minimal hours of use!

They are the best, they have them all cheaply and it is advantageous plus that everyone is kind I had met other stores of the kind of precision and monopoly at least here you find alternative solutions and again their bravo.

Ο υπάλληλος / ιδιοκτήτης με ρωτά ποιό μοντέλο είναι και επειδή έχω κάποιο πρόβλημα κινητικότητας αυτή την περίοδο (θα μπορούσα κάλλιστα να είμαι και ΑΜΕΑ), του ζητώ λίγο χρόνο για να δω τη σκούπα. Μου λέει ότι πρέπει να πάω από εκεί, του εξηγώ ότι αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό για λόγους υγείας. Συνειδητοποιεί ότι μάλλον θα μπλέξει, μου λέει, αυτά δε γίνονται τηλεφωνικά, έχω δουλειά και μου κλείνει το τηλέφωνο. Καλά ψώνια... I call the store, I ask for a spare vacuum cleaner bag. The employee / owner asks me which model it is and because I have a mobility problem at the moment (I could very well be disabled), I ask him for some time to see the broom. He tells me that I have to go from there, I explain to him that this is not possible for health reasons. S	S. Xav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει σχεδόν ότι ζητήσεις σε πολύ καλές τιμές, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει ευγένεια από το προσωπικό, λες και τους κάνεις χάρη που ψωνίζεις απ αυτούς. It has almost everything you ask for at very good prices, but unfortunately there is no courtesy from the staff, as if you are doing them a favor by shopping from them.

I got a phone call to ask for a spare part. to lose customers for such a person and especially in the times we live in. because unfortunately this is the image of your store!
v	va constantine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει όντως μέγαλη ποικιλία ανταλλακτικών αλλά σε πιθανότατα προβληματικό ανταλλακτικό που πήρα και τοποθέτησα , έριξαν τις ευθύνες πάνω μου για κακή τοποθέτηση (διδάσκω ηλεκτρολογία) και το τεκμηρίωσαν λέγοντας μου ότι το εργοστάσιο αυτό δε κάνει λάθη. Τουλάχιστον αστεία δικαιολογία. Απαράδεκτη τακτική , αγένεια από τον κύριο στο τηλέφωνο. Δεν ξαναγοραζω τίποτα από εκεί όσο φτηνότερα κι αν είναι. It does have a large variety of spare parts but in a probably problematic spare part that I got and installed, they blamed me for poor installation (I teach electrical engineering) and documented it by telling me that this factory does not make mistakes. At least a funny excuse. Unacceptable tactics, rudeness from the boss on the phone. I do not buy anything from there again, no matter how cheap it is.
