Στο παρελθόν αντιμετώπισα πρόβλημα σε συστήματα σιδερώματος Tefal και μου το επισκεύασαν στο κατάστημα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να απευθυνθώ κάπου αλλού. Δεν νοείται λάστιχο χυτρας fissler να το πήρα 30 ευρώ και να το βρίσκω 9.50 ευρώ σε άλλο μαγαζί το ίδιο ακριβώς το τσέκαρα με τον κωδικό. 20 ευρώ παραπάνω για το ίδιο πράγμα.. Απαράδεκτος Very expensive. It does not mean that I got a fissler pot for 30 euros and found it at 9.50 euros in another store, the exact same checker with the code. 20 euros more for the same thing .. Unacceptable

Αυτό που μου έδωσαν αφού το δοκίμασα δεν ταίριαξε τελικά και αμέσως την επόμενη το επέστρεψα ζητώντας να μου το αλλάξουν. Εκείνοι μου απάντησαν ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΑ διότι δεν επιστρέφονται όπως είπαν τα ανταλλακτικά ! Ποιά η εξυπηρέτησή τους? Δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν καθόλου να με βοηθήσουν άμεσα για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα!Δυστυχώς! Αυτό που αποφάσισα ως νέος πελατης ήταν ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΘΩ ΞΑΝΑ!! ΑΥΤΟΙ ΕΧΑΣΑΝ!! I bought from their store a spare part I needed for the washing machine, keeping with me the existing one that had a problem as a sample, for their convenience! What they gave me after I tried it did not fit in the end and immediately the next day I returned it asking to be changed. They answered NEGATIVE because they do not return as spare parts said! What is their service? They were not at all interested in helping me immediately to solve the problem! Unfortunately! What I decided as a new customer was NOT TO VISIT THEM AGAIN !! THEY LOST !!
