T	Thita Delta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πιστεύω απ' τα χειροτερα ΕΛΤΑ στην Αττική, εκτός από το ότι έχει μικρό αριθμό προσωπικού, και το προσωπικό που έχει, απλά στον ιδιωτικό τομέα δε θα είχε καμία τύχη! Υπομονή σε όσους αναγκαστικά εξυπηρετούνται από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ είναι. Περαστικά! I believe one of the worst ELTA in Attica, apart from the fact that it has a small number of staff, and the staff it has, simply in the private sector would not have any luck! Patience to those who are necessarily served by the specific store. And one star is a lot. Get well!
H	Hlianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. Την πρώτη φορά ο τύπος με τα γυαλιά ήταν αγενεστατος. Νευρίασε που ήθελα μεγάλο φάκελο αντί να πάω να αγοράσω από αλλού μικρό(αφού δεν είχε εκεί) και να ξανά γυρίσω να περιμένω στη σειρα και πέρασε στο επόμενο νούμερο χωρίς να με εξυοπηρετησει. Περιμενα. Τότε μου πέταξε έναν φάκελο και νευρίασε κι όλας που ζήτησα ένα στιλο. Επιπλέον μου πέταξε τα ρέστα επιθετικά σαν να του σπαταλουσα και τον χρονο.Την δεύτερη φορά πέρασε τον φάκελο μου ,ο οποίος ήταν μικρός και ζύγιζε 73gr, στα ακανόνιστα (που ζυγίζουν 500 gr και)και με χρέωσε 3,90 αντί για αρκετά λιγότερα. Μετά από αυτό έκανε λάθος στα ρέστα και όταν πήγα πίσω να του πω ότι δεν τα έδωσε όλα δεν το παραδέχτηκε αρχικά. Ευτυχως μετά τα έδωσε. Εντάξει, τι να πω έλεος. Προσέξτε τι σας χρεώνει παιδιά! Δεν ξέρω αν πρέπει να είναι καν εκεί. Και γενικά όλο το κατάστημα σέρνεται. Poor service. The first time the guy with the glasses was rude. He was upset that I wanted a big envelope instead of going to buy a small one from somewhere else (since he didn't have it there) and to come back again to wait in line and he went to the next issue without serving me. I expected. Then he threw me an envelope and got angry and all I asked for was a pen. In addition, he threw the leftovers aggressively at me as if I was wasting his time. The second time he passed my envelope, which was small and weighed 73g, to the irregular ones (which weigh 500 gr and) and charged me 3.90 instead of much less. After that he made a mistake in the change and when I went back to tell him that he did not give everything he did not admit it at first. Fortunately, he gave them later. Okay, what can I say mercy. Watch what he charges you guys! I do not know if he should even be there. And generally the whole store is crawling.
Ο	Ολγα Κορελιδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή τρισάθλια εξυπηρέτηση . Οι τύποι δεν ξέρουν την δουλειά τους. Μου ήρθε ειδοποιητήριο να παραλάβω δέμα περίμενα ,17 νούμερα για να μου πει ο τύπος με τα γυαλιά στον γκισέ ότι το δέμα σου δεν βρίσκεται εδώ , έδω γράφει βεικου(Κουκάκι). Του λέω δεν είναι δυνατόν αυτό καθώς όλα μου τα δέματα πάντα έρχονται στην Ηλία ηλίου και βουλιαγμένης δηλαδή στο κατάστημα που ήδη βρισκόμουν μετά από τεράστια αναμονή . Ο τύπος δεν έκανε καν το κόπο να το ελέγξει στο σύστημα . Απλώς με έδιωξε . Την επόμενη μερα πήγα στο άλλο κατάστημα που μου είπε ότι ήταν το δέμα μου περίμενα και εκεί αλλά 14 νούμερα για να μου πει η υπάλληλος ( αφού το έλεγξε 2 φορές στο σύστημα ) ότι το δέμα μου είναι στην Ηλία ηλίου και όχι στη Βεικου . Αυτή τη στιγμή περιμένω 21 νούμερα για να παραλάβω επιτέλους το δέμα μου . Οι υπάλληλοι είναι αγενέστατοι και κοιτάνε ποτε θα σε ξεπετάξουν . Από τους ταχυδρόμους που βάζουν λάθος σφραγίδες μέχρι αυτούς εκεί μέσα . Μακριά !!! Ερασιτέχνες Very poor trisathlia service. The guys do not know their job. I am currently waiting for 21 numbers to finally receive my parcel. The employees are very rude and look when they will fire you. From postmen who put wrong stamps to those in there. Far away !!! Ειδικά από μια νέα κοπέλα όπως αυτή που με εξυπηρέτησε , εκπλήσσεσαι να βλέπεις τόσο αγενή και νευρική συμπεριφορά. Αν δεν σας αρέσει η δουλειά σας, επιλέξετε να κάνετε μια άλλη δουλειά It is not possible for employees to be so rude. Μετά το κλείσιμο και μεταφορά γειτονικών καταστημάτων σε αυτό η κατάσταση έχει γίνει τραγική. Πάντα έχει μεγάλη αναμονή. Σπάνια λειτουργούν όλες οι θυρίδες. Οργάνωση μηδέν σχετικά με τα συστημένα και τα δέματα. Very few staff who do not have enough and do not try to serve the increased customer attendance. A	Aλεχανδρος Καβακος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σκέτη αμορφωσιά.Με πτυχία γυμνασίου και καμία όρεξη για δουλειά.Να πάνε σπίτια τους και να βάλει λουκέτο το μαγαζί για να μην δημιουργούν προβλήματα στον κόσμο.Θα κάνω ο,τι μπορώ για να μην ξανά πατήσω σε αυτό το αχούρι.Άχρηστοι ανίκανοι και επίσης κλέφτες. Σκέτη αμορφωσιά.Με πτυχία γυμνασίου και καμία όρεξη για δουλειά.Να πάνε σπίτια τους και να βάλει λουκέτο το μαγαζί για να μην δημιουργούν προβλήματα στον κόσμο.Θα κάνω ο,τι μπορώ για να μην ξανά πατήσω σε αυτό το αχούρι.Άχρηστοι ανίκανοι και επίσης thieves.
L	Lynn S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never received a paper or a message from them stating that I have a package. Instead, they left it in their premises for a few weeks and then sent it back to their main office in athens!! Plus, they want me to pay fees because of that!

I have 3 parcels 220gr, 340 gr and 800 gr and what they do, they put everything together on the scale and changing me each parcel for 12 euro.... = 36 euro in total, but THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG! Elta has Price list on their website and these 3 packages go for 3 different category by weight. So, i had to pay for 220 gr = 4 euro, for 340 gr = 7.5 euro and for 800 gr = 12 euro, while they changing me 12 euro for each!!!! BE AWARE !!!! They dont know their job! I do by myself weblabeling, put B category but they changing me as for A category.... never explain to a client all the options.... they decide by THEMSELVES how much client will pay....
