B	BACH to the future on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι. Συμπεροφορά σα να τους χρωστάς. Ειρωνικές και απότομες όλες οι "κυρίες" που εργάζονται στο κατάστημα Παγκρατίου. Όποιος λατρεύει τους τσακωμούς ας πάει μια βόλτα από κει, θα περάσει χάρμα.Υπάρχουν τόσοι άνεγοι και καταρτισμένοι άνθρωποι, οι οποίοι θα καθόντουσαν τόσο ωραία σε αυτές τις καρέκλες των ΕΛΤΑ και αυτές οι υστερικές κυρίες θα πήγαιναν ωραιότατα σπιτάκι τους να δουν λίγο Τατιάνα. Unacceptable and rude employees. Behavior as if you owe them. All the "ladies" working in the Pagrati store are ironic and abrupt. Anyone who loves fights should go for a walk from there, they will be thrilled. There are so many homeless and trained people who would sit so nicely in these ELTA chairs and these hysterical ladies would go to their little house to see a little Tatiana.

Η βαριεστημένη ''κυρία'' πέρα απο απότομη, που δεν με ενδιαφέρει, με ρώτησε που πάει, της είπα, με ρώτησε ονοματεπώνυμο, της είπα, πλήρωσα μου έδωσε την απόδειξη και έφυγα. Ε σήμερα μου φέραν το φάκελο σε μένα. Ότι διακτινίστηκα δηλαδή και το έστειλα στον εαυτό μου απο άλλη πόλη. Ξήλωμα χτές θέλουν. Άν δεν τόχετε, κάντε χώρο να δουλέψει κανένας νοήμων άνθρωπος. I would put -5 if I could. Yesterday 11/05, morning I sent a registered from the present "store", (God forbid), for a public request. The bored "lady", apart from being abrupt, who is not interested in me, asked me where she was going, I told her, she asked me my name, I told her, I paid, she gave me the receipt and I left. Today they brought the file to me. That is, I radiated and sent it to myself from another city. They want demolition yesterday. If you do not aim, make room for any intelligent person to work.

Για δεύτερη φορά στέλνουν το πακέτο με αντικαταβολή κάποιου άλλου ανθρώπου σε εμένα , που τους ενημέρωσα ότι καν δεν βρίσκομαι στην περιοχή τους …. Προφανώς χρειάζεται και για τα απλά πράγματα γνώση « πανεπιστημίου» …..ΚΡΙΜΑ!!! UNACCEPTABLE - IRRELEVANT and IRRESPONSIBLE OF COURSE !!! They write in the notification message tel Fax…. In order not to disturb them from their loofah !! For the second time they send the package with cash on delivery of another person to me, who I informed them that I am not even in their area…. Obviously you need "university" knowledge for even the simplest things Κ ..TRICE !!!

They just yelled the whole time, like hysterical. Really unbelievable behaviour! And of course at the end I couldn't fix my problem.

I waited over two hours for service and the staff closed their doors on me and over 30 other people because the trading hours had to come to an end. There was no prior warning given to us that service would cease when the shop was to close, even for those who had a ticket already and were waiting. Nor did they stop people getting tickets and waiting. Instead they left people waiting outside for hours only to be left with the door shut in their faces. They could have informed us to not wait and halt their deli ticket distribution for service. I am severely disappointed and will never use this service for my personal or business needs again.
