★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το πρωι να ρωτήσω πληροφορίες για έναν φάκελο που περιμένω αλλά δεν είχε έρθει ακόμα όμως είδα προθυμία και ευγένεια από το κοριτσάκι. Να πω ότι δεν έχουν πρόβλημα με τα σκυλιά. Στα περισσότερα καταστήματα αναγκαζομαστε να τα δένουμε εξω.
 I went in the morning to ask for information about an envelope I was waiting for but it had not arrived yet but I saw willingness and kindness from the little girl. To say they have no problem with dogs. In most stores we are forced to tie them outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο. Χρειάζεται να πηγαίνω κάθε μέρα στο κατάστημα για να συνεννοηθώ να κρατήσουν εκεί το πακέτο να το παραλάβω από εκει. Κάθε μέρα με διαβεβαιώνουν πως θα γίνει αυτό την επομενη και κάθε μέρα τελικά δεν το έχουν το πακέτο, το έχει ο διανομέας από ο, τι φαίνεται. Ο οποίος σήμερα ξαναήρθε για παράδοση παρότι έχω ζητήσει να μην ξαναερθει , ήμουν σπίτι και δεν χτύπησε το κουδούνι!! Μου εστειλαν μήνυμα ότι δεν με βρήκαν!!!
Unacceptable service. They never answer the phone. I need to go to the store every day to make sure they keep the package there to pick it up from there. Every day they assure me that this will happen the next day and every day they finally do not have the package, the distributor has it from what it seems. Who today came back for delivery even though I have asked not to come again, I was home and the bell did not ring !! They sent me a message that they did not find me !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο μήνες περιμένω τα χρήματα μίας αντικαταβολής και ούτε εδώ ούτε στα κεντρικά βρίσκεται κανείς να εξυπηρετήσει ουσιαστικά. Μην στείλετε ή παραλάβετε ποτέ με τα ΕΛΤΑ Courier. Αν δεν έχετε άλλη επιλογή, δώστε άλλη διεύθυνση να μην εξυπηρετηθείτε από το κατάστημα "Μακρυγιάννη"
I have been waiting for the money for a cash on delivery for two months and neither here nor in the headquarters is there anyone to actually serve. Never send or receive with ELTA Courier. If you have no other choice, give another address not to be served by the store "Makrigianni"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπηρεσία πόλη - πόλη για παράδοση από θυρίδα σε θυρίδα δεν υλοποιήθηκε στο διάστημα των 1-2 εργάσιμων ημερών. Επιπλέον, μόλις το δέμα έφτασε πρακτορείο άλλης περιοχής ήρθε ειδοποίηση μέσω Viber ότι το δέμα είναι έτοιμο προς παραλαβή. Να σημειώσω ότι την προηγούμενη ημέρα είχα επικοινωνήσει με το κατάστημα ότι η παραλαβή βάσει Τ.Κ. είναι για το κατάστημα του Νέου Κόσμου. Παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις ότι θα διορθωθεί το πρακτορείο παραλαβής ακόμα περιμένω.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for a package long time now and today they just send me message they tried to deliver it but noone came to house. I called them, a girl told me they couldnt find my ring. So i gave the name on the ring and she said they will bring it tomorrow. And then another girl called and said they already came twice so they cannot come again. And she was rude. Finally i have no idea what will happen with my package but i am so frustrated
