The Natalie's Hotel & Apartments - Unnamed Road

Positive: Beautiful hotel, with incredibly friendly staff that made us feel especially well looked after. Just a short walk from the bars, restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year!.

Positive: The pool. Negative: The outside area of the property, had to walk past lots of locals outside a shop on corner of road drinking beer, urinating in street by bins. Had split level apartment did not like upstairs bathroom, requires updating. Had really bad storm while on holiday leaving no electricity to the property and no water for 2 and a half days. Some hotels along sea front still had water, and some had their own generators so had electricity, we requested a refund for 3 nights so we could move hotel as could not continue with no running water for washing purposes or for toilet flushing, we met with management and was refused any refund. We purchased from the local shop some bottled water for washing, but after another day could stand it no longer and moved hotels further down the village at our own expense for 2 nights so we could have running water and electricity. We feel it was very bad management to not offer us a refund towards the cost of another hotel, we understand that it was not there fault re the storm but under no circumstances should we be expected to stay with no water or electricity..

Positive: Trouble free check in, cleanliness of room.. Negative: Kitchenette facilities a bit sparse. Don’t expect too much for this type of apartment, Yes we eat out mostly, Occasionally like a coffee and snack in the morning, but no toaster? Also room we were given not considered the best, no outlook, I’m sure I requested upper floor..

Everything was perfect! The staff are very friendly, rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool area is the perfect place to chill and enjoy an amazing cocktail or beer made by Adam or Maria. I have had an amazing stay an would recommend to everyone.

Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Hotel has a very relaxed vibe, the poolside is lovely and modern which plays music in the background, also serving a great selection of drinks. They provide towels by the pool everyday which is a nice tough. The showers and balconys are pretty small and not great views. Air conditioning works perfectly. Short walk to the main town of Skala.

Perfect location, really friendly staff who make great cocktails and ice coffees ! Clean rooms & really enjoyed the chilled vibes and music round the pool. The staff were really helpful in arranging airport cars for us and taxi's when we needed them and helped with making dinner reservations also. Lovely stay & would reccomend and visit again :o) Natalie

Lovely small apartments, close to the town. Bit of a trek to the front. Owners were great and made you feel really welcome. Pool was small but when we were there never really busy, seemed like it was a short stay for some and only a few were there for a long holiday. Skala is an amazing town. Place I’d love to live.
