β β β β β Iβve had the worst experience ever with this company, we called over 30 times the number and nobody answered. Also the store is always closed on the city centre, for the last 2 days. Moreover the phone of store at the airport does not ring and there was nobody at the counter. When I called they told me to wait that someone was coming, weβve waited for more than 2 hours on a cold weather and nobody came. This is the worst experience Iβve ever had as a customer in any store and I have to say if you could avoid this company, I strongly advise you to do it, otherwise they are going to destroy your trip, as they did to my honeymoon!

β β β β β The worst experience I ever had! I had to exchange the vehicle twice. The first one - Suzuki 15 years old car had a soft top that was broken and damages all around the car so I refuse to take it. They charge me extra 20 euros per day for the second one which was '99 smart with broken engine I nearly killed myself before I returned it and finally (after I called the Greek customer service) I was given okay car - WV Up which smelled like an ashtray. I don't know why such a big company like Sixt let this people ruin their name...

β β β β β Terrible experience, rented a car via rental cars to be provided by Sixt, but outlet was CLOSED and no warning no number to call. Luckily we managed to rent an automatic from the shop next to it. Wasted an hour searching.

They give us a old and dirty car. We found a used band aid inside the car, dust inside the car, the steering wheel was very hard. When I started complaining they laughed at me and made fun of me with the collegues. They dont give me a solution, even a sorry for the disgusting band aid, they only offered me another dirty car.It is the 5th that I rent a car with Sixt, and is the first time that this happened to me. The two guys that deal with me were very unprofessional. You have better options for the same price. Local rent a cars are the best option.

β β β β β Best quality/price balance. Great company service. The personal was very polite and attentive. We had a problem with the car and the propose us to change it in less than 40' for another one. If you rent it at Fira is it possible to give it back directly at the airport.

β β β β β Awful. Called them many times to let them we were running late. To pick up car at 3 pm but arrived at 6 pm. No one answers phones. Our car reserved months in advance, an automatic, given to someone else... no other car available. Really irresponsible. No apologies. Did not care.
