★ ★ ★ ★ ★ embarrassing scam, tourist trap, all their cars are already full of scratches, we paid almost 200 euros because of a scratch that was UNDER the vehicle... the operators knew it well but they didn't tell us anything... stay far from this company it's just a scam.. just avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car on Santorini. Correct employee, checked the car together, were scratched in 3 places, took pictures and noted down. Car rented through booking in the Netherlands and fully covered, the employee missed this information. Email sent to manager and was fine. Only downside was that the car was not refueled, stood only 120 km. Santorini is small so we refueled too much and returned with more than 400 km. Our mistake so don't tank too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Tourist trap. Just go for any other company. Don't rent your car with this company. All cars are scratched all over and they will try to charge you for some of them if you can't prove they were already there. Unless, of course, you pay an abusive price of 150 euro for extra insurance before. Just stick to the good companies: europcar, avis, or Hertz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam! Never rent from this company! They tried to charge us for several damages that were already in the car and we had pictures. For a specific part of the car the pictures didn't show very well they pointed a scratch made us pay almost 200 €, otherwise they would take it from the 600€ block on my card. Simply stay away from those guys ... they bring shame to the awesome place Crete is and the good people living there. I never had problems with any of the major car rental companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally echo the previous reviews. They made us pay €200 for two tiny scratches under the car with no proof that was caused by us. We would have felt it as it is a symmetric scratch on both sides but we didn't hit anything.
They were basically blackmailing us as we need to catch the plane and have no other choice. We never had problems with other rental companies before and normally these tiny scratches would be ignored or charged at around €30 which would be reasonable.
AVOID! Brings shame to the other friendly Greek people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for our stay on Santorini. All in all we had one of our best car rental experiences here due to:
- very professionell handover for checkin and checkout (eg. marking existing scratches)
- included shuttle service from the airport
- friendly staff with excellent English that during the welcoming even offered water to us
- cars were in good shape und fully functionally
Beside the paid service we felt very comfortable all the time. Moreover we received great recommendation for hidden jewels on Santorini.
If I go to Santorini again, I will definitely rent a car here again.
