Dopo due giorni la direzione mi ha scritto dicendo che avevo sbagliato nell'indicare l'area di consegna e che avevo pagato due € in più. Mi hanno rimborsato la differenza. Che dire? Sono rimasto senza parole per la loro estrema onestà. Eccezionali. Grazie ancora
 I had already used their services a few years ago, with a very positive outcome. This time I booked ferry tickets for hotel delivery. I paid by credit card. After two days the management wrote to me saying that I was wrong in indicating the delivery area and that I had paid € 2 more. They repaid the difference. What to say? I was speechless for their extreme honesty. Exceptional. Thanks again
