Με μεγάλη μου έκπληξη οι εργαζόμενοι με υπομονή με βοήθησαν να λυθεί το ζήτημά μου και έφυγα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη! Ήταν όλες ευγενέστατες από τη security έως την υπάλληλο που με εξυπηρέτησε. Συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό για την εξυπηρέτηση και καλό κουράγιο για όσα καλούνται να αντιμετωπίσουν! Χρειάστηκε να μιλήσουν μαζί μου αλλά και με τη μητέρα μου που έχει δυσκολία στην επικοινωνία και ηταν υπομονετικοί και επεξηγηματικοι μαζί της. Ένιωσε ότι μπορεί να τα καταφέρει και να ολοκληρώσει μια αίτηση μόνη της και τους ευχαριστούμε για αυτό. Για όλους μας είναι σημαντικό αλλά για κάποιους ανθρώπους με δυσκολίες, η ευαισθησία και η ευελιξία των υπαλλήλων είναι πολύτιμες! Βερουτσου ευγενέστατη, χαμογελαστή και με υπομονή έλυσε το θέμα μου και κάθε απορία. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό και παράκληση στη Διοίκηση να φροντίσει για τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών εργασίας τους. I visited the store a few days ago for my case. Ας μη σχολιάσουμε δε τις υποτυπώδεις και κακές συνθήκες βάσει των οποίων καλούνται να εργαστούν. Παρ" όλ' αυτά είναι όλοι τους χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν τον κόσμο. Οι αρμόδιοι όμως ας φροντίσουν να βελτιώσουν τις συνθήκες εργασίας τους. All employees are excellent with courtesy and knowledge. By far the best branch of PPC. Remember to be there very early (7am) in the morning and take your number for the queue, prepare all the papers. Special greetings for κ. Βασιλική. I got use to the Greek bureaucracy so I can’t complain with this place.
