★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Plaka village about 2 yrs ago..i saw that building and thought..its a pity to be closed...such a great location...such great views!!! Today found out it is opening this year...the photos look fantastic!!! i am going this year again for holidays..i will certainly try it..looks sooo cozy! Wow!

I will be having friends for summer and asked me to have a look in the area...I was surprised....in a very good way....i will suggest them Demeliza Apts for shure....so welcoming...so spacious....bright and tide and modern.Fantastic sea views. Fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice apartments-to-rent with all advantages for summer holidays with friends or family..
There are balconies to have your coffee or drink and it is a pleasure to do it with the wonderful view.
Wherever you are in the house, you can see the White Mountains or the Souda bay , it is so relaxing !
Would I recommend Demeliza Apartments to my friends for holidays ? YES.
