Αντιλαμβάνομαι το φόρτο αλλά δεν αντιλαμβάνομαι γτ δεν γίνονται ενέργειες από την Διοίκηση για την υποστήριξη του σημείου με κόσμο.
Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση για την οποία θα έπρεπε να ντρέπονται
 Parcels to be cleared through customs in almost 1.5 months.
I understand the burden but I do not understand why no action is taken by the Administration to support the point with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά για τα μπάζα!!! Εχω έναν φάκελο εδώ κι 19 μέρες στα ΕΛΤΑ του αεροδρομίου!!! Κλείστε το μαγαζί η δώστε το να το δουλεψει κανας Γερμανός μπας κι παρει μπρός... Παίρνω τηλέφωνα δεν το σηκώνει κάνεις....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To πιο μεγάλο μπάχαλο που μπορεί να δει κανείς! Η πιο χειρότερη εμπειρία της εξυπηρέτησης στη ζωή μου από μια εταιρία. Τραγικό! Δυο μέρες θέλει να φτάσει στο αεροδρόμιο ένα δεματάκι από μια ευρωπαϊκή χώρα και μέσα στην Ελλάδα έναν μήνα θέλει να το έχεις στα χέρια σου λόγω του ότι το δέμα «ξεκουράζεται» στο ΚΑΤ! Τους στέλνεις πολλά τα μειλ, τους παίρνεις δεκάδες τηλέφωνα και ούτε μια συγγνώμη δεν ακούς, σαν να ήταν κανονική η κατάσταση. Είχα κολλήσει 3 φορές μαζί τους έτσι, και κάθε φορά το δέμα είχε κολλήσει απαράδεκτα στο ΚΑΤ μέχρι και έναν μήνα! Ντροπή τους, γιατί μάλλον στην Αφρική έχουν καλύτερα τα ταχυδρομεία.
The biggest mess you can see! The worst service experience in my life from a company. Tragic! In two days a package from a European country wants to arrive at the airport and in Greece for a month he wants you to have it in your hands due to the fact that the package is "resting" at KAT! You send them a lot of emails, you get dozens of phone calls and you do not hear a single apology, as if the situation was normal. I had stuck with them 3 times like that, and each time the package was unacceptably stuck in the KAT for up to a month! Shame on them, because they probably have better post offices in Africa.
