We had an amazingly frustrating experience at Heathrow airport in London, witch led to us missing our flight, canceling our plans and be left stranded in a foreign airport for at least 5 ours. Additional to this no solution was provided by they exquisitely rood Swissport staff on behalf of Aegean Airlines. No one was present to escort us to our flight as working hours at the ticket desk were extremely defective!
