A	ANDI BEHRENDZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um zur Höhle zu kommen ist eine Anfahrt mit einem Auto notwendig. Dann muss man noch einen steilen Aufstieg (Fußweg) hinter sich bringen. Festes Schuhwerk ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Abstieg in die Höhle kann auch glatt, nass und glitschig sein. Der Ausflug ist halbtags locker zu schaffen. Wir waren von Rethymnon aus erst auf der Leprainsel und danach hier in der Höhle den ganzen Tag unterwegs. To get to the cave it is necessary to come by car. Then you have to go up a steep climb (footpath). Sturdy shoes are highly recommended. The descent into the cave can also be smooth, wet, and slippery. The excursion is easy to manage for half a day. From Rethymnon we were first on the leprosy island and then here in the cave all day.

Auch wenn man die angebotenen Esel (10€ für Aufstieg und nochmal 10€ für Abstieg) nutzt, bleiben die letzten 50m bis zur Höhle sehr unwegsam. Die Höhle selbst hat Treppen mit Handläufen. Mit deutschem Schwerbehindertenausweis bekommt man gratis Zutritt. Neben den Kosten für den Eselsritt (abwärts hab ich noch zu Fuß geschafft) sind noch Parkplatzkosten von 2,50€ zu kalkulieren. The cave is difficult to reach for the disabled. Even if you use the donkeys on offer (€ 10 for ascent and another € 10 for descent), the last 50m to the cave remain very impassable. The cave itself has stairs with handrails. With a German severely handicapped ID card you get free entry. In addition to the cost of the donkey ride (I made it downhill on foot), parking costs of € 2.50 have to be calculated.

Si accede ad una grotta che scende per una ventina di metri nella montagna, circondati da stalattiti, fino al fondo dove c è una pozza d'acqua. Il posto è noto per avere dato nascita a Zeus in persona, e quindi specie in stagione c è molta gente. R	Reevo Õuemets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Väga vinge koht soovitan kindlasti külastada aga sinna mäkke jõudmiseks peab varuma palju jõudu sest teekond on väga pikka ja bussi sinna ei sõida ( pool vigane eesel küll kõnnib ) Koopas on külm sga samas on piisavalt avar, et ei tekiks klaustrofoobiat ? A very awesome place I recommend to visit but there is a lot of effort to get to the hill because the journey is very long and there is no bus (half the faulty donkey walks in) The cave is cold and big enough to avoid claustrophobia ?
