β β β β β We made a reservation 4 months before departure(we arrived 25.8.2021). We checked availability before departure. Everything was alright. We arrived in Corfu, an employee was waiting for the airport with a name tag. It took 10 minutes to pick up the car. The price was as we agreed.

β β β β β Unbelievable bad experience! Be care with this company which cancel early (in April) car reservation few days before the arrival. Lies that they no longer have a car, even though they offer them more expensive now. Indecent disgusting behavior.

β β β β β I like reading that they do everything to make sure the car is at the airport waiting for you. If only this was the case. We arrived to find no one waiting and ended up phoning to find out what happened. To be told sorry they messed up the reservation and there was no car available. Helpfulness stretched to get a taxi and we will call you back that evening. Well no surprise that the call in the evening also resulted in no car. Not even to say for part of the vacation.
The reservation I have clearly states the time and days. So they would also have the exact same details on hand. Sadly it looks to me that they have sold the rental at a higher price. Finding another rental during high season proved to be a real task and could only get something for the 2nd week.
After all the covid problems of the last 18months. A vacation was something to look forward to. This will pretty much put me off ever going back to Corfu in the future.

β β β β β My experience with this company was great. Taking the car was easy. No deposit, full insurance. I paid cash and got a discount. They also were among a few who had card 1 week in advance. I created a reservation on their web site, got an email with confirmation quickly.

The lady was very friendly and cooperative.
Even if we had a technical problem with the car it was quickly replaced.

Kind woman waited us at the airport, 5 minutes paperwork before, 2 minutes of conversation after renting.
Maybe the cheapest on the island and also we got a 1 level better car like we rented.
