J	Jonathan Huisman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijf jaar geleden hebben we naar volle tevredenheid een auto gehuurd bij dit bedrijf in de zomervakantie. Die verwachting hadden we nu dus ook. Dit keer was alles helaas anders. Drie maanden geleden hebben we een huurauto geboekt. De laatste middag voor ons vertrek naar corfu annuleerde het bedrijf ineens de huur van de auto. Als reden werd gegeven dat er meerdere auto’s kapot waren. We zijn er van overtuigd dat dit een leugen is en dat het bedrijf de door ons gehuurde auto aan anderen heeft verhuurd voor een flink hogere prijs. Opvallend genoeg zijn er in de afgelopen weken meer mensen met dezelfde ervaring! Gevolgen voor ons: een vakantie zonder huurauto. Er was namelijk bijna geen auto meer te krijgen en de auto’s die wel te krijgen waren, waren nogal duur voor een week… Uiteraard hebben we Michalis nog gevraagd om met een alternatieve oplossing te komen; maar daar hebben we geen enkele reactie meer op ontvangen. We hebben ons overigens prima vermaakt zonder huurauto, maar een auto huren bij Michalis; dat gaan we niet meer doen! We zoeken de volgende keer liever een bedrijf dat wel betrouwbaar en eerlijk is. Five years ago we rented a car from this company during the summer holidays to our full satisfaction. We now had that expectation. This time, unfortunately, everything was different. Three months ago we booked a rental car. The last afternoon before our departure to Corfu, the company suddenly canceled the rental of the car. The reason was given that several cars were broken. We are convinced that this is a lie and that the company has rented the car we rented to others for a much higher price. Surprisingly, there have been more people with the same experience in recent weeks! Consequences for us: a holiday without a rental car. There was almost no car left and the cars that were available were quite expensive for a week… Of course we asked Michalis to come up with an alternative solution; but we have not received any response. By the way, we had a great time without a rental car, but renting a car at Michalis; we won't do that again! Next time we would rather look for a company that is reliable and honest.

I have never seen such an unprofessional behaviour. The worst customer care ever. People stay away!! I will never EVER recommend that company to anybody!!
e	erika dovgalyte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this car rental company at all costs!!! The guy called KOSTAS canceled our booking hours before our flight to Greece. The excuse was technical reason, when the reality is,it's a high season for them so he decided to charge other people triple the price, the initial price was 203e per week. The conclusion is that we now have no car as is all booked till the middle of Aug and if there is anything available is 700+ for a week (cheapest option). So can't fly because we can't afford to pay that much as it is the last minute booking because of these people. I will definitely spread my experience about your company on all sociL media sites and spread the word to my family and friends abroad. This needs to be heard.
I	Ignas Smetona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have reserved a car almost a month in advanced for a very good price and when there was left 1.5 days until our trip to Corfu, they have texted us that "all of their available cars are in service" and we should look for another company. Of course, all of the car rental places had their cars already booked, unless we rented big and expensive cars (we were 2 people, so we have sufficed with the small cars). When we contacted this company again, from another email, they've told us they have the same available cars that "were in service", for the same days for triple amount of money.
M	Marina M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved our car 1.5 month before arrival. The price was good. I really was very nerviuos, that they can cancel our booking last minute, but we got the car and everething was perfect: comunication, meeting at the airport, car leaving. So I can recommend them.

I have received the confirmation of my reservation from Michalis Car Hire. The day before my arrival to Corfu, I received an email at 6 pm in the evening saying that there is no car available for me!!! I've never experienced such a bad service! People stay away from this place! It is a scam!! They will offer u a car for a good price to cancel your reservation in last moment!! Stay away from this company!!
D	Dave Tiplady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled three days before our arrival, we had booked 4 months ago. I wish I had read the other reviews, avoid at all costs! Not sure under Greek laws we can do much but will ask the tourist police when we arrive.
