Very nice apartment, very clean in a nice location close to the sea.

I'll start with the main thing. If during your visit the temperature will be more than 30, you will have to live with kondeya, which is difficult because he is noisy. If less, then you will have excellent rest here, because the building is designed so that the rooms are well ventilated. These apartments are already thirty years old, but the owners are constantly updating them, so here you can find white walls with classic old cozy painting and creaking doors and air conditioning and very fast Wi-Fi by the standards of Crete. We spent five days here in early July. For four days there was hellish heat (35-39 in the afternoon) and it was necessary to close all the windows during the day so that the air conditioner would somehow cool the room. At night, too, without air conditioning was nowhere. When the temperature dropped to 28, it became very comfortable. Of the minuses, it is first of all worth noting the creaky doors, the noisy external air conditioning module and the lack of hoods for the stove. Of the advantages of these apartments, it is worth noting the location in the first line, near the beach protected by a pier. There are no waves there, which is very important when relaxing with children. It is also convenient that the car can be parked right under the windows. Separately, I want to note the very fast Wi-Fi by the standards of Crete. Everywhere before, even voice calls without video were a problem. Here it was possible to communicate normally. Compared to other apartments in this category, this would be 4 if not for Wi-Fi. It is really much better, which compensates for some of the minuses.
