★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was not so clean, small balcony, only one towel, no shampoos provided. The location of the hotel is really convenient only 3 minutes walk to the lake of Agios Nikolaos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and clean hotel near to the harbor. Supermarket is located across the street! Only problem is the parking but there are two parking lots quite near at 3 euros/day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant place for our 3-week stay (two years ago it was 2 weeks). Above all, very friendly family running a cozy hotel very near the lake in the center of A. Nikolaos. We hope to come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking ever, on a very steep and uneven terrain, which is often occupied by deffective cars and locals. The parking spot looks like a junkyard, hard to get in and out. The bathroom not so clean. The mattres is really old and needs to be replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, close enough to the bus station and to the port. Beaches/swimming spots were located 5 min walk away. Room was clean and good enough for two nights. Bed was slightly uncomfortable, but it was a good budget option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst "hotel" ever. the owners totally rude and disinterested, the rooms were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, the air condition didn't work at all and that in the summer time, and when we changed the room they wanted extra money from us. Toilet paper wasn't available until we got it ourselves. I have never experienced anything like That. I would not recommend anyone, not even one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel. Easy to check in and out. Nice staff. We stayed once in a simple room and once in a studio. Both were great. The studio is great for a longer stay. Feels like an apartment with lots of storage, desks, table, big kitchen. Clean and close to the city centre, just a walk away. Will go there again.
