★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben keinerlei Informationen vom Anbieter erhalten und wissen immernoch nicht ob, wie, was und wann wir eine Entschädigung für unseren aufgrund der Reisebeschränkungen ausgefallenen Aufenthalt bekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Emails und telefonischer Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme wird uns nicht geantwortet. Das ist weniger als unfreundlich sondern grenzt schon an Vorsatz. Schade, dass man solche Methoden verwendet um das Geld der Urlauber zu behalten.
We have not received any information from the provider and still do not know whether, how, what and when we will receive compensation for our stay canceled due to travel restrictions. Despite multiple emails and telephone attempts to contact us, we are not answered. This is less than unfriendly but borders on resolution. It is a pity that such methods are used to keep vacationers' money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsługa firmy nie odpisuje na whatsapp. Nie odbiera tekefonu. Nie mieliśmy internetu i zostaliśmy zignorowani. Finalnie zostawiliśmy plecak dziecka w pokoju który został skradziony przez obsługę.
The company's service does not reply to whatsapp. He is not answering the phone. We didn't have internet and were ignored. Finally, we left the child's backpack in the room that was stolen by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Villa im Juni gebucht und können wegen der Reisewarnung und Einreisebestimmungen nicht anreisen.
Der Vermieter reagiert leider gar nicht auf unsere E-Mails. Das ist alles andere als Kundenfreundlich und wir rennen nun unseren bereits von der Kreditkarte abgebuchten 2000€ hinterher. Wir werden Ende des Monats, sofern keine Rückzahlung eingeht, leider einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.
We booked a villa in June and are unable to arrive due to the travel warning and entry requirements.
Unfortunately, the landlord does not respond to our emails. This is anything but customer-friendly and we are now running after our € 2000 already debited from the credit card. We will unfortunately have to hire a lawyer at the end of the month if no repayment is received.
