Nice all inclusive hotel on a beautiful beach. Food is amazing and facilities are clean with covid protocol of masks and hand sanitisers. Staff is attentive and helpful. though it seems like the hotel lost its previous glory, 5-7 years ago they had the best animation team on the island with nightly shows comparable to London stages. This year for both cost and covid reasons, a shadow left from an animation team and activities...not at the level of 4* hotel, v poor evening entertainment if any. our room was battling with paddles in the corridors - as water escaping the shower cabin . Surprised that there are private sunbeds on the protected beach next to the hotel , while the Zante Beach cant have theirs. Overall was rather enjoyable family stay, with trips to see and swim with turtles.

We are currently here on vacation and everything is great! It is a family friendly place, very clean and quiet, with a great variety of foods and drinks and many healthy choices for both the kids and their parents. Also the staff is very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place for a family vacation!

The public beach is beautiful with the sand very clean water. Very friendly staff (Nefeli, Nikos, Glykeria, Thalia, Aris). They were able to help any time of need. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious. Definitely will be coming back to visit again asap after the renovation that the staff informed will be happen next year.

One of the best family holidays ever! Beautiful beach, smallish pool but that didn't bother us, great food and friendly staff. The a la carte restaurant is amazing!

Peaceful location (aside of Laganas and yet close to any services), good food, beach proximity, extremely helpful staff and entertainment team, vast area of the resort. Great playground for children and inflatable equipment in swimming pool. I can recommend this hotel to every one!

++ Nice and clean resort directly on very long sand beach with own garden, pool and support facilities. + Perfect for families with children (evening program incl., gradual entry into the sea). + Sea view rooms (if reserved) with separated entrances and regular cleaning service. + The hotel encourages the observance of pandemic protection measures at least in common areas and during meal service (masks, disinfectants and gloves are always available to everyone), which, however, take place in the form of a shared buffet. Most guests, however, tried to be reasonable. + The food menu is varied enough for a week's stay. Breakfast was quite repetitive, but otherwise everyone can choose differently. (However it's still a mass hotel catering, for specialties go to the best taverns on the island.) + There are more places to rest with coffee or drink in the resort. + You can rent a car directly in the hotel lobby twice a day (EuroHire). +/- WiFi is for free, but far from "high speed" and inside our room almost unusable (overall very unstable and slow). Mobile signal at the area is very weak too (data roaming unusable). – The communication at the reception was a bit uncertain during stay. Information given on arrival insufficient. (Info is in a PDF online, but they won't tell you the password to the WiFi until you ask directly next time.) The handling of some guests' requests and problems was not entirely professional someday. Another day, another receptionist, with smile and immediately. – The quality of all-inclusive drinks (bear, cocktails, wine etc.) is nothing that a guest can fondly remember. –– The shop outside the reception is a spot to avoid (guess why the price tags are missing at all).

The location is very good. We loved the sea there! To get to the town in a hot days, you will need a taxi. The staff is great. The management of the hotel might need to work on the reception, they refused to give any blankets for our children on arrival. We got it after 2 days from the cleanings personal. Entertainment variety can be improved even though team was doing great with facilities they had available. There was plenty of food, all fresh and many healthy options but very basic.

A wonderful serene and perfect resort, worth the money for the delicious food and drink. The staff were friendly and not too attentive. I could not have picked better. Thank you Zante Beach Hotel ❤️❤️?️ I plan to return
