R	Rafael Ktistakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique place to go. However, it too overcrowded. It’s mainly occupied by the resort guests. Sun beds are too old. Being overcrowded makes the place dirty which is a shame. The place deserves to be in a better state than this. Hotel doesn’t seem to care tidying the area other than charge for some very old wooden sun beds. Opinion: go early in the morning e.g 8am to get the full beauty and leave before crowd arrives

But it needs to have better maintenance and cleaning in the outdoor areas. I didn’t have wifi nor signal in my room :( this is good for disconnecting in holidays but maybe a big problem for others.
Y	Yonah Hanssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is beautiful fun and most importantly FREE!!!!!! So i highly recommend that you go visit the beach. But DO NOT!!! stay at the " kalypso cretan village". The staff were not nice and not helpful. They say that there is free wifi but it doesn't work at all and they know that! Also i had one simple request to have ONE queen bed and not two small ones, they confirmed the request but when we arrived it was two small beds. When i asked them to switch it they said that they will deal with it tomorrow. The room was gross and not clean with broken furniture as well, and builders renevating the room next to us with loud drills and hammers! Im very disappointed with the place and the service and would highly recommend to find a nicer hotel in the area for the same price. Don't go through what i did crete is too fun and beautiful to reck your trip on this place? 0 stars!!!!!

BED BUGS!! everywhere in the rooms; dangerously Dirty hotel, the lack of hygiene is alluring and above all DANGEROUS??? ... the staff is rude. Please for your own safety , make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into, I wished someone had told me before; now I’m so scared that the bed bugs might’ve travel with me. DISGUSTING PLACE !!!
U	Upgrading Service on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was really dirty and unclean , there is no internet there, your phone doesn't have services, insets coming into your rooms, i think that hotel need a massive renovation, the location is good but nothing else, the food is just rubbish,.. why would they put 4star? it should be 0 star for the kind of service they give. i will never recommend someone there
D	Diana Abu-Arab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst holidays ever. The hotel is extremely dirty and unsafe. The bed sheets are hardly ever cleaned and the rooms smell awfully. This is the first time when I go somewhere and I end up having bed bugs all over my body and health and safety is non existent in the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the owner, who was very friendly and considerate when my mother fell down the steps in front of our room due to AC’s water leakage and no warning sign to warn customers. The food is absolutely disgusting, the amount of times I found hair in the food and flies roaming over the food. Not a lot of variety, very very very basic food. It is really a shame but never again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away
S	Shaun Brooker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 7 days here with work friends, lovely location about 10 minute drive from town of Plakias which costs about 8 euros each way. Just be aware of the all inclusive aspect, not quite as inclusive as you might think, had about 4 core spirits to pick from everything else subject to cost, owner was very accommodating as much as he could. Food is nice and is different every night. Unfortunately, some staff lack customer service skills especially reception staff but you can not hold that against the place. All in all if you would like a secluded getaway with cheap and cheerful booze and good food then this is a good place in Crete

Hotel advertised as having daily entertainment etc but only one evening (out of 7) had any entertainment. Management approachable and happy to work with you to accommodate requests - hotel very quiet on arrival so understandably daily entertainment not cost effective. Otherwise most staff very friendly and attentive! A few staff members arguing in front of guests but once manager became aware this stopped quickly.
