Και πού να ήξερα εγώ σε ποιο εφκα ανήκω που μόλις μετακόμισε στη Θεσσαλονίκη και την προηγούμενη μέρα δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ κανένα υποκατάστημα εφκα στο τηλέφωνο; Ακατάλληλοι... Αν είχε,θα έπαιρναν 0 ολοστρογγυλο οι γελοίοι, ενώ κλείνεις ραντεβού ηλεκτρονικά κανονικά έχοντας βάλει διεύθυνση κ ΤΚ και στο βγάζει ως διαθέσιμο κατάστημα, πας εκεί κ σε διώχνουν γιατί λέει δεν έχουν τοπική δικαιοδοσία. Επειδή δηλαδή μένω Χαριλαου δεν έχει δικαιοδοσία ο εφκα Αριστοτέλους ενώ η ΔΙΚΙΑ ΤΟΥΣ ΠΛΑΤΦΟΡΜΑ ΤΟ ΒΓΑΖΕΙ ΚΑΝΟΝΙΚΑ ΩΣ ΚΑΤΆΣΤΗΜΑ ΟΠΟΥ ΜΠΟΡΩ ΝΑ ΠΑΩ. Σήμερα έχω καλέσει τουλάχιστον 35 διαφορετικά τηλέφωνα σε Θεσσαλονίκη και Αθήνα για να ρωτήσω για ενα αιτημα συντάξεως και μου απάντησαν , ενα στην Αθήνα και ενα στον Πειραιά και φυσικά με παρέπεμψαν άλλου γιατί δεν ήταν το σωστό τμήμα! Τηλεφώνησα σε όπιο τηλ έβρισκα για να ενημερωθώ από κάπου τέλος πάντων ….απόγνωση !Τελικα έστειλα και δυο mail σε δυο διαφορετικά τμήματα .Είμαι περίεργη ? No phone answers! Εύχομαι ολόψυχα μια μέρα να γίνει έλεγχος από ανεξάρτητο φορέα και όλοι αυτοί οι δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι που κυριολεκτικά κάθονται σε μια καρέκλα και εξυπηρετούν μια φορά το εξάμηνο, αν και εφόσον έχουν όρεξη, να πάνε σπίτι τους μια για πάντα μιας και βαριούνται τόσο πολύ να δουλέψουν. Σε ιδιώτη θα είχαν τέτοια συμπεριφορά ; Την αγάπη μου. Υπάγομαι στο ΙΚΑ Της Αριστοτέλους γιατί Ανήκω και Μένω στον Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης εδώ και πολλά χρόνια .. Σημειωτέων Τον Δεκέμβριο του 2021 είχα πάει στο Συγκεκριμένο Υποκατάστημα για να αλλάξουμε στο Ατλας τα καινούρια μου στοιχεία της Ταυτότητάς μου. Εννοείτε η Κυρία με εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα εκείνη τη Στιγμή. Και ξαφνικά πριν ένα μήνα πήγα για να μου κάνουν καταμέτρηση τα ένσημά μου ... Και ένας Υπάλληλος "ξερόλας" Με ένα "Υφάκι" .. Γυρίζει και μου λέει Δεν Υπάγεστε εδώ κυρία μου... Θα πάτε στο Υποκατάστημα της Κωλέττης να εξυπηρετηθείτε. για τα ένσημά σας. Και σήμερα 18/2/2022 επικοινώνησα με το Υποκατάστημα της Κωλέττης .. Και φυσικά μου είπαν την Στιγμή που μένετε στο Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης Υπάγεστε στο ΙΚΑ ΑΡΙΣΤΟΤΕΛΟΥΣ... Εμείς Εξυπηρετούμε Δήμο Νεάπολης και Συκεών... Κατά τα άλλα .. Πληρώνω η Ελληνίδα φορολογούμενη τον Συγκεκριμένο Δημόσιο υπάλληλο.. ΥΠΟΥΡΓΟΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΩΝ ΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΩΝ. Εύχομαι να Ενημερωθεί για Αυτη την Δημοσίευσή μου... Βέβαια, παρότι από τη συγκεκριμένη γραμμή εξυπηρετήθηκα με ευγένεια, κατά την άφιξη μου στο υποκατάστημα ενημερώθηκα από το τμήμα μητρώου ότι δεν υπήρχε κάποιο ραντεβού στο όνομα μου. Γενικά, θα πρότεινα να οπλιστείτε με υπομονή και να κάνετε αφωνία την προηγούμενη μέρα μιας και στον γκισέ είναι καλυμμένη ολόκληρη (!) η περιοχή με plexiglass, λόγω covid-19, με αποτέλεσμα να φωνάζουν όλοι μήπως και βγάλουν συννενόηση με τους υπαλλήλους..που ήταν έτσι κι αλλιώς δυσλειτουργική. Σίγουρα, η κατάσταση που επικρατεί εντός, δεν αποτυπώνει την εικόνα μιας δημόσιας υπηρεσίας.
