★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρηγγειλα Πέμπτη, την Παρασκευή μου είπαν να πω από εκεί να παραλάβω. Τους είπα να το στείλουν στο γραφείο μου (Τρίτη). Τρίτη μεσημέρι ενώ περιμένω την παράδοση, μου στέλνουν μήνυμα πως δεν υπάρχει! Το είχα υπολογίσει για γύρισμα την επόμενη μέρα. Φυσικά έχασα όλη την ημέρα μου προσπαθώντας να το βρω και να το ενοικιάσω. Εννοείται είχα προπληρώσει. Η απάντηση τους ήταν «τι να κάνουμε; Συμβαίνουν αυτά.» !
 I ordered on Thursday, on Friday I was told to pick it up from there. I told them to send it to my office (Tuesday). Tuesday noon while I am waiting for the delivery, they send me a message that it does not exist! I had calculated it for shooting the next day. Of course I lost all my day trying to find it and rent it. Of course I had prepaid. Their response was “what to do? That's happening. " !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα ένα προϊόν Δευτέρα για δώρο κ σήμερα ενώ μου είπαν πως το προϊόν ετοιμάζεται για να αποσταλεί ΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΗ...... μου είπαν μετά από λίγο ότι τελικά το προϊόν δεν υπάρχει ευτυχώς το είχα βάλει αντικαταβολή.....
I ordered a product on Monday for a gift and today while they told me that the product is being prepared to be shipped FRIDAY ...... they told me after a while that finally the product does not exist I was fortunate to have cash on delivery .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι σε θέμα επικοινωνίας. Προσπαθώ πάνω από ώρα να βγάλω γραμμή. Είμαι σε αναμονή μου λέει ο αυτόματος ότι είμαι σε γραμμή προτεραιότητας και όπως έγραψα πιο πάνω πάνω από μια ώρα δεν το σήκωσε κανείς.
Unacceptable in terms of communication. I try for more than an hour to draw a line. I'm waiting for the automatic to tell me that I'm on the priority line and as I wrote above for over an hour no one picked it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά είναι κρίμα το 2022 να μην απαντάει κάνεις στα τηλέφωνα.
Και δεν είναι λόγω φόρτου εργασίας καθώς στις 10:01 μόλις άνοιγε η γραμμή έλεγε 30 λεπτά αναμονή και μετά έκλεινε.
Κρίμα πραγματικά
It is really a pity that in 2022 you do not answer the phones.
And it is not due to workload as at 10:01 as soon as the line opened it said wait 30 minutes and then closed.
Too bad really

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα Ελληνικά online καταστήματα πρέπει να προσέχετε πολύ περισσότερο σε ότι αφορά τη ΔΙΑΘΕΣΙΜΟΤΗΤΑ των προϊόντων σας.
Μη γράφετε "διαθέσιμο" και δεν το έχετε μετά.
Σε ξένο κατάστημα δε μου έχει τύχει ποτέ.
Greek online stores should pay much more attention to the AVAILABILITY of your products.
Do not write "available" and you do not have it after.
It has never happened to me in a foreign store.
