Κ αφού δε βγήκα,ήρθε στην πόρτα μου στραβωμένος να μου το δώσει χωρίς καν να μου μιλήσει!! Απαράδεκτο!! Παίρνω τηλέφωνο και μετά από τουλάχιστον 7 τηλεφωνήματα το σηκώνουν και μου λένε πως ο διανομέας είχε περάσει από το σπίτι μου αλλά δεν ειμουν εκεί. Ενδωμεταξει εγώ ειμουν όλοι μέρα σπίτι για αυτό το λόγο. Απλά ότι χειρότερο People are the ones who send me messages telling me that they can not find me. I get a phone call and after at least 7 phone calls they pick it up and tell me that the distributor had passed through my house but I was not there. Inside I was all day home for this reason. Σε τηλεφώνημα που έκανα ηταν αγενέστατοι, ειρωνικοί και φυσικά δε με εξυπηρέτησαν! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! They never ring a bell to leave you a parcel. They just inform that they did not find you well. In a phone call I made they were very rude, ironic and of course they did not serve me! UNACCEPTABLE!

Να θελεις να παραλαβεις και να μη μπορεις. Απαράδεκτοι. N	Nasos “Warchild” Mamalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ευγενική, με μεταφέρει σε μια δεύτερη κυρία για αντικαταβολή. Η κυρία ευγενική σε εμένα αν και εμφανώς εκνευρισμένη, με είχε 20 λεπτά στο τηλέφωνο για να πάρει στοιχεία (για αντικαταβολή, δεν ήταν υπερβολικός ο χρόνος), για να μου πει στο τέλος (αφού με ρώτησε τι είναι, κάτι που είχα πει από την αρχή στην πρώτη κοπέλα) ότι δεν μπορούν να το παραλάβουν και ότι η πρώτη κοπέλα που μίλησε δεν ξέρει και δεν πρέπει να μιλάει και είναι παράνομο να μεταφερθεί (αεροβόλο όπλο λυμένο και συσκευασμένο) και δεν επιτρέπεται να το κάνει καμία courier αυτό. Δεδομένου ότι έρχεται αυτή τη στιγμή άλλη εταιρεία για να το παραλάβει, θα έλεγα ότι μάλλον η 2η κυρία δεν ξέρει τι λέει, αλλά εγώ εκεί δεν ξαναπαίρνω ποτέ, απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της. The first girl on the phone polite, takes me to a second lady for cash on delivery. The lady, kind to me, although obviously irritated, had me on the phone for 20 minutes to get information (for cash on delivery, the time was not too long), to tell me at the end (after she asked me what it is, something I had said from principle to the first girl) that they can not pick it up and that the first girl who spoke does not know and should not speak and it is illegal to carry (airgun dismantled and packed) and no courier is allowed to do so. Since another company is coming to pick it up right now, I would say that the 2nd lady probably does not know what she is saying, but I will never take her there again, her behavior unacceptable.
E	Evangelos Skandalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα. Το website τους δεν λειτουργεί για να αλλάξω την παράδοση. Τώρα θα έρθουν να παραδώσουν μέρα που δεν είμαι εκεί και μετά θα με βάλουν να πάω να τα πάρω γιατί πολύ απλά δεν λειτουργεί τίποτα σωστά. Ούτε το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο ούτε η ιστοσελίδα. Και το χειρότερο παίρνω το κατάστημα το σηκώνουν ακούω την φασαρία και το περνάνε αμέσως σε αναμονή για να μην τους ενοχλεί και μετά από κάποια ώρα κλείνει μόνο του. Ότι πιο τραγικό υπάρχει. Ούτε δημόσια υπηρεσία να ήταν. Unacceptable! No lift phones. Their website does not work to change the tradition. Now they come to deliver day that I'm not there and then put me to go get them simply because nothing works correctly. Neither their call center or website. And the worst store I pick it up I hear the hustle and pass immediately on hold so as not to bother and after some time closes itself. That there is more tragic. Neither public service have been.
