Παρακαλώ να εκτιμάται την ευγένεια και να την εφαρμόζεται, δεν προτείνω σε κανέναν αυτό το υποκατάστημα! Unacceptable communication with the customer, information exactly the same as a google search, style and tone of staff similar to someone who hates communicating with people in general. Please appreciate the courtesy and apply it, I do not recommend this branch to anyone!

Παίρνω τηλέφωνο γιατί εργάζομαι καθόλη τη διάρκεια του ωραρίου τους για να διευθετηθεί το θέμα και δεν απαντάνε ποτέ. Διακόσια τηλέφωνα ούτε μια απάντηση! (δημόσιο και μετά λέμε γιατί δεν πει μπροστά το κράτος) No delivery attempt was made at my place. Go straight there to get it. They also ask me to pay tax while it is paid. I get on the phone because I work around the clock to sort things out and they never answer. Two hundred phones not a single answer! (public and then we say why does not the state say ahead)

Προφανώς και δε περιμένω να σπινιάρουν πίσω από τα γραφεία τρέχοντας, αλλά ούτε καν περπατάνε νορμάλ αν πρέπει να σηκωθούν και να ψάξουν κάτι πίσω και να ξαναέρθουν στη θέση τους. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά για την κατάντια πλέον των ΕΛΤΑ. Εικόνα-καθρέφτης μιας παρατημένης χώρας και παρατημένων ανθρώπων. Long waiting time because the staff works very slowly. n	no vak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλημέρα,έχω παραγγείλει άπειρες φορές online πράγματα και κατ' οίκον παράδοση και τους τελευταίους μήνες ο ταχυδρόμος στο κατάστημα ελληνικου ,αφήνει ειδοποίηση να πάω να παραλάβω από ταχυδρομείο, ενώ είναι πληρωμένα κατ'οικον δεν φέρνει το πακέτο..πηγα τους ρώτησα ,μου είπαν μάλλον πέρασε και δεν μας βρήκε,αυτό τους είπα είναι απίθανο, διότι είναι η μητέρα μου ,ο αδερφός μου και εγώ κάθε πρωί στο σπίτι..!!!Αλλά 2 δέματα που είναι να παραλάβω κατ' οίκον, μου άφησε πάλι ειδοποίηση χωρίς καν να μου χτυπήσει κουδούνι.! απαράδεκτοι τουλάχιστον!!Δεν είναι συμπεριφορά αυτή εργαζόμενου.. ας την πάρει κάποιος που πραγματικά έχει ανάγκη!... The elta courier is no courier products can take 10 to 13 days get delivered feom thessaloniki to athens you get no confirmation on your phone no updatea at the end you land up.going to them to get your package insteed of them.sending it to your house which you have paid for . Worst of the worst
G	George Slavchev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on you, Greek Post! A registered letter gets sent from Nottingham in the UK on 16/09/21 and it arrives in Athens on 17/09/21. It then doesn’t get delivered until 3/11/21! In the meanwhile, your non-existent Customer Service doesn’t respond to emails, or offer any information over the phone. What an utter joke! The faster you’re privatised by some international conglomerate, the quicker you’ll get cleaned up and restored to some level of semi-decent!
