I have been waiting for my package since April 24, where their tracking system states that it has left the main hub and it is May 13th and no word from anyone in the company. No one picks up the phones and no one has responded to my emails via their customer contact site. Personally, businesses should stop using their services.

No notification on the front door whatsoever and calling them for 15 times in a row at different timeframes, I got no response at all, except for the automated message.

I have been calling for 3 days and they put me on hold and after 5 minutes of useless waiting the line goes dead. According to the tracking number, a package that I have to receive has been in Glyfada, close where I live, for 3 days. And there it has remained! Absurd!!!

I received a message that they couldn’t deliver even though I was at home waiting for the package. And they don’t pick up the phone. I have been expecting for a delivery for the last 3 weeks and they cannot even give you a delivery date, so ask you to be at the address given all the week in case the delivery arrives.
