★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A company you shouldn't trust. No answer on the phone, lies from the agent, lies from the front desk. Unfortunately, a star is the minimum for evaluation. They doesn't deserve this one either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Every time the courier cannot find the address they call me on my mob phone but the line always drops. Thereafter they give you the option to provide additional details on the delivery address but the app does not accept any changes. If you get to call them on the phone number no one answers the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the quality of service...they left one of my packages to a nearby shop, without informing me, even though I had requested to contact me beforehand in the comments section. I filed a formal complaint and I never heard back from anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How bad service attitude, I was understanding why there got a lot of 1star after viewed all the comments from clients and mine so bad experience there with ACS employee Mairy Gkika.
I got sticker on 11th of December, the date on sticker showed 30th of November, then call the number of this phone number always nobody pickup the phone, so find out address from google maps to there.
There have 2 clients inside and 3 clients waiting outside, I just want to ask the question about how many days the parcel will return to sender to save all of people time, this lady(Mairy) she doesn’t answer and just let me out, I repeat 2 times my questions and she insisted not answering and ask me out.
Seems there not afraid any complaints as happened everyday, so wish you have great career!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 1.5 years of disappointing services, they finally started to do their job better.
Speaking about Athens area, I strongly believe that right now it is one of the best courier services !
Not to forget that for small package deliveries, there are many smaller sized eco couriers (using bicycles or other zero-emission transportation means) that deliver even the same day inside Attica area (e.g. b-mail.gr, pedal couriers and others).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to call several times but they just put me on hold infinitely - probably because I don't speak Greek. When I tried to call back she said 'just a moment' and put me on hold immediately again, without any result. The third time she didn't even speak to me but just put the phone next to her without saying anything, until I hung up. Very very strange and bad service.
