 Katerina is an excellent teacher with a lot of knowledge and patience! Within a short period of time I have noticed significant improvement and progress in my body but also spiritually, always with the valuable guidance of Katerina !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed my 200hr teacher training with Katerina at Ekanta Vasa and it was a-ma-ZINGGG! I spent a lot of time researching different options and I'm so glad I did. Unlike the big cookie-cutter teacher training courses that don't necessarily encourage you to think for yourself, Katerina encouraged us to be both creative and analytical. She taught us tons of detail about all sorts of related topics (e.g. how muscles work) going beyond the basics of the Yoga Alliance curriculum. I loved that it was a genuinely small group and that we had 4 weeks together rather than cramming everything into 3 weeks or less as some schools do. This carved out the space to build confidence by experimenting with our sequencing and cueing. I also valued the fact that she's not the "naturally flexible" type (like many yoga teachers are!) so she has empathy and expertise by the bucketload. At first I was a bit unsure about choosing a new-ish school that didn't have hundreds of reviews but turns out there was no need to worry. Thank you Katerina and Ekanta Vasa! I'll be back :)
