Not too expensive, (850 incl flight, 2 weeks, half board). room with, personal balkony is nice. some minor damages in the bathroom but all clean and functional. right next to the breakfast room you definitely hear people and the toast-ready "ring". Service is very friendly and they try to make everything possible. evetything is very, very clean. the pool area is beautiful but <30 seats may be too few, if the hotel is fully booked. some umbrellas are broken and were not repaired during our stay breakfast is pretty good, taking the price level of the hotel into consideration. nothing fancy but a solid breakfast. sevred until 11 am! the half Board was very disappointing: no greek food, small meals, the taste was ok. sometimes bad. but we adressed our wish for more authentic meals and they promised to change it for 2nd week. We would book hotel varres again, but check the room category and no half board.

The hotel is nice, located 5 mins from city center, very good for families with kids. It is very clean. Staff are taking extreme measures especially during these COVID times... We stayed for 3 nights, and our experience is as follows: Positive: - Specious room, we stayed at pool side facing room, very clean, new furniture - Excellent air condition - Excellent fridge. Kept our water and drinks very cold - breakfast is very convenient but served upon order from a distance. They explain what kind of food is offered, and you can chose while they fill your plate. Make sure to take ALL what you need one time, even if in 2 plates as it will be difficult waiting in line again if you need to add something else! - Pool is nice, plenty of beds and a nice bar beside it. Negative: - The internet is very weak! Hardly had a signal at the room where we stayed! Although the signal was very good at other places within the hotel boundaries, but connectivity, downloading and uploading was very very weak to an annoying degree!! - The bed is not comfortable at all. Hardly slept well for 3 days, as the mattress is placed on a wooden base! - Bathroom had a bad smell from time to time. Something to do with the drainage! I had to cover the manhole opening to eliminate the smell - Shower does not have a Curtain or Glass door, all water ends up on bathroom floor! - the shower handle cord is very short, hardly being able to be placed up in its place! Recently stayed at this fantastic Hotel whilst on vacation. From the moment I arrived I felt safe and loved. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was any trouble. The room was simple but comfortable with beautiful views across Varres towards Tslivi. The pool was immaculately clean with a very good bar serving good food and drinks. I cannot thank the breakfast staff enough for looking after me for 7 days. In challenging circumstances they made things easy and relaxing. The hotel is well situated, 30 minute walk to both Zakynthos and Tsilivi, but there were always taxis costing €8 to both destinations. I will definitely return and strongly recommend a visit here.

Very couzy hotel, we got room with panoramic view to mountains, rooms are clean about 18 square meters. Breakfast was also good. I recomend to stay.

Really nice and clean rooms. Regular cleaning service! Nit so keen about the breakfast they serve. Very basic but mostly the pastry did not look fresh but more like packaged things.

We spent a week in this hotel. It is a superb hotel with an amazing hospitability. We felt very much at home. Breakfast was included and of an amazing quality. Also wonderfully close to Zakynthos.

Very nice Hotel to stay at, everyone was really friendly and they even changed our air condition within hours the same day it stopped working.. Good location as a starting point for exploring the island. We would recommend the hotel to our friends, so as a friend recommend it to us!

Great hotel, with friendly staff, very clean, good parking space, and great breakfast! The hotel is located in a great location with view to a green mountain! The place enforces all the measures against COVID-19 and even more strictly when serving breakfast! Excellent breakfast options with multilingual staff ready to help you at any time! Definitely recommend the place and will book again when visiting the island! Thank you for your hospitality.
