Ο χορός είναι πολύ ωραίος και πολύ προσεγμένος, επίσης τα πανιά είναι σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα και καθαρά. Ο χορός της yoga -εκει κάνουμε προθέρμανση- είναι μεγάλος,και έχει όλα τα πράγματα γυμναστικής και yoga's.
Δεν ξέρω πως είναι η yoga με την κ. Αλέξια αλλά τα aerial silks με την κ. Αλίκη είναι πολύ ωραία θα του βάλω ?/?
I do aerial silks in the same studio as Mrs. Alice
The dance is very nice and very careful, also the sails are in very good quality and clean. The dance of yoga - that's where we warm up - is great, and it has all the exercises and yoga's.
I don't know what yoga is like with Mrs. Alexia but the aerial silks with Mrs. Aliki are very nice I will put it on ? / ?

Η ανεξίτηλη πηγή ενέργειας και πολυετής εμπειρίας της Αλεξίας σηματοδοτούν ένα φως πνευματικής διαύγειας και οξυδέρκειας που αντικατοπτρίζεται στην ψυχική διάθεση αλλά και το σώμα των μαθητών σε άμεσο χρονικό διάστημα! Ως τελείως αρχάριος στην έννοια της yoga σε όλες τις διαστάσεις της νιώθω ενθουσιασμό που αυτό το μονοπάτι με τόσα σταυροδρόμια ανοίχτηκε στην ζωή μου! Way to go Alexia ??
Probably one of the most beautiful places outside but mainly inside that I have found! Alexia's indelible source of energy and many years of experience signal a light of spiritual clarity and insight that is reflected in the mental mood and the body of the students in an immediate period of time! As a complete beginner in the concept of yoga in all its dimensions I feel excited that this path with so many crossroads has opened in my life! Way to go Alexia ??
