The teacher Mara is contagious and very useful to a beginner

Wonderful place, warm & friendly, harmony, relaxation and of course a wonderful teacher that makes you love yoga, even in the beautiful but at the same time special period of pregnancy !!! (Mara you are the best!)

Το χαμόγελο, η αισιοδοξία και η ψυχική ηρεμία που αποκτάς μετά κάθε μάθημα είναι απλά ο καλύτερος λόγος να ξεκινήσεις να πηγαίνεις! Σε ευχαριστούμε Μάρα ? Wonderful place that exudes peace and tranquility. It stands out mainly because of the owner / teacher who is the soul of the studio. T	Tasos Chrysalidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very spacious and warm yoga studio. Fully equipped with mats, relaxing music, lockers and lots of love. I mainly tend to visit for drop-in classes. You definitely have to meet Mara (the yoga instructor), she's one of a kind, and you definitely have to attend the "Tchai ke simbathia" event. Keep up the good work!
