★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Ιερός Ναός Αγίας Σοφίας Πειραιώς, θεμελιώθηκε το 1900 επί δημαρχίας Τρύφωνος Μουτσοπούλου ο οποίος ζήτησε να λάβει το όνομα της συζύγου του Σοφίας. Με την 532 απόφαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου το 1898, ο Δήμος Πειραιά ανέλαβε τις δαπάνες για την ανέγερσή του.
Είναι τρισυπόστατος. Το δεξί κλίτος, τιμάται στην Μνήμη του Αγίου Τρύφωνος και το αριστερό στην Μνήμη της Ζωοδόχου Πηγής. Ο ρυθμός του είναι «Βασιλικός με τρούλο».
The Holy Temple of Agia Sophia in Piraeus was founded in 1900 under the mayor Tryfonos Moutsopoulou who asked to take the name of his wife Sophia. With the 532 decision of the Municipal Council in 1898, the Municipality of Piraeus undertook the costs for its construction.
It is triune. The right aisle is honored in memory of Saint Tryphon and the left in memory of Zoodochos Pigi. His rhythm is "Royal with a dome".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ομορφη εκκλησια,μεσα-εξω.Και με μεγαλο προαυλιο χωρο και δεντρα.Δυστυχως φετος δεν εγινε το πανηγυρι.Ευχομαι του χρονου να ειναι καλυτερες οι συνθηκες.
Beautiful church, inside-outside. And with a large courtyard and trees. Unfortunately this year the festival did not take place. I wish the conditions to be better next year.
