★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircondition μάρκας Eskimo αγορασμένο το Απριλη (εντός εγγυησης) το οποιο χαλασε τον Αυγουστο, ειναι ακομα εκτος εκτος λειτουργίας (19 μερες) γιατι δεν εχει ερθει τεχνικός να το επισκευάσει. Να πουλήσουνε μονο κοιτανε και στα κοκοφια τους για την εξυπηρετηση πελατων.
Eskimo Aircondition purchased in April (under warranty) which broke in August, is still out of order (19 days) because no technician has come to repair it. To sell only looked at their coffers for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη εμπειρία με το κατάστημα! Φοβερά εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό (είτε πωλητές, είτε τεχνικοί) και με τρομερή διάθεση! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Οι τιμές σε πολλά προϊόντα είναι καλύτερες ακόμα και από το internet ποσό μάλλον από άλλους ανταγωνιστές.
First experience with the store! Awesome helpful staff (either vendors or technicians) and in a great mood! I highly recommend. The prices on many products are even better than the internet rather than other competitors.

Αφου προπλήρωσα την κουζίνα - που ψώνισα από κει μόνο και μόνο επειδή ήταν ετοιμοπαράδοτη, αν και ακριβώτερη από παραδίπλα - μου φέρανε για καινούρια την εκθεσιακή που είχαν στο μαγαζί, γιατί -και καλά- δεν ήξεραν ότι δεν είχαν άλλα κομμάτια (παρότι είχε τσεκάρει το stock στον υπολογιστή το αφεντικό όταν ρώτησα αν είναι ετοιμοπαράδοτη)... Μακριά από τέτοιους καταστηματάρχες!
Unacceptable. After I prepaid the kitchen - which I bought from there just because it was ready-made, although more expensive than next door - they brought me the new showroom they had in the store, because - and well - they did not know that they did not have other pieces (although he had checked stock on the boss computer when I asked if it is ready to be delivered) ... Away from such shopkeepers!
