Παραγγείλαμε τηλεόραση από την Θεσσαλονίκη με την καλύτερη τιμή της αγοράς. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό κατά την τηλεφωνική παραγγελία, η παράδοση έγινε μέσα σε 2 εργάσιμες μέρες, τοποθετήθηκε από τον ευγενέστατο εκπρόσωπο του καταστήματος ,μας έδωσε τις απαραίτητες διευκρινησεις και αφού βεβαιώθηκε ότι όλα βαίνουν καλώς έγινε η παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Όπως αρμόζει σε κάθε σοβαρή επιχείρηση! Excellent service from the first phone call for information to home delivery. We ordered a TV from Thessaloniki with the best price on the market. Very kind staff during the telephone order, the delivery was made within 2 working days, it was placed by the most polite representative of the store, it gave us the necessary clarifications and after it was confirmed that everything is going well, the product was received. G	Gianna Oik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν ειχε και 0 θα το έβαζα. Η αξιολόγηση αφορά αποκλειστικά και ΜΌΝΟ τα άτομα που έκαναν την παράδοση στο σπίτι μας. Με έξαρση πανδημίας και ενώ ευγενικά τους ζητήσαμε να φορέσουν μάσκα (το κατάστημα ισχυρίζεται ότι έχουν οδηγίες να έχουν μαζί τους μάσκα παραδόξως οι ίδιοι δεν είχαν καν στο αμάξι ..περίεργο αν σου έχει γίνει σύσταση, εκτός αν δεν έγινε ποτέ τέτοια σύσταση) έξω απ την οικία παράδοσης γιατί έχουμε άτομο με σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας, ευθαρσώς αρνήθηκαν και μπήκαν έτσι μέσα. Επικοινώνησα αμέσως με την εταιρεία για να το αναφέρω. Με την υγεία δεν παίζουμε. Ειδικά εν καιρώ πανδημίας. If it had 0 I would put it. With a pandemic and while we politely asked them to wear a mask (the store claims that they have instructions to have a mask with them, paradoxically they did not even have it in the car ..surprising if you have been recommended, unless such a recommendation has never been made) outside the delivery house because we have a person with serious health problems, they brazenly refused and so entered. I immediately contacted the company to mention it. We do not play with health. Especially in times of pandemic.
k	k. gregoriadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά του αφεντικού του καταστήματος Βασίλη Τσιτσάνη δεν είναι καλός άνθρωπος αγενής νευρικός και επιθετικός σε πελάτη που του έχει αφήσει πολλά χρήματα σε αγορές. Τα κλιματιστικά που έχω αγοράσει και έχουν τοποθετηθεί από το δικό του συνεργείο διαπίστωσα ότι δεν είναι εξειδικευμένοι τεχνική ψυκτικοί αλλά έχει εκπαιδεύσει Αλβανούς για να το κάνουνε αυτό, με αποτέλεσμα να μην γίνεται σωστή εγκατάσταση με τους απαραίτητους κανόνες και προδιαγραφές και να υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την καλή λειτουργία και απόδοση των κλιματιστικών. Οσο αφορά τις τιμές υπάρχουν τέσσερις τιμές για κάθε προϊόν άλλη τιμή στο site, άλλη τιμή στο κατάστημα πάνω στα καρτελάκια, άλλη τιμή όταν θα σας κάνουνε την έκπτωση, και άλλη τιμή όταν θα τους πείτε ότι το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν το βρήκαμε φθηνότερα στο skroutz η στο BestPrice. Με λίγα λόγια στα χαμένα τα σοβαρά καταστήματα δεν λειτουργούν έτσι ποτέ ξανά σε αυτούς. The behavior of the boss of the store, Vassilis Tsitsanis, is not unacceptable. Παρήγγειλα πλυντήριο και η παράδοση του ήταν άμεση και οι άνθρωποι που κάναν την παράδοση ήταν επίσης εξυπηρετικότατοι. Excellent service, courtesy and solving all questions.
