We just stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and our 3 years old daughter. Room layout is perfect for families and very clean. The staff is brilliant, so friendly, polite and helpful. The pools are great and I loved the design of the hotel, exactly like it is on the website. Having access to the water park as we wish is great as it offers fun for all ages. The food was very good too with a wide selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The baby disco at half 8 every night is great for the kids, they love it and the baby club is great too, especially on a rainy day. Not far from the beach and the town. Only negative thing is the drinks. Poor quality for the alcohol and the pops. Highly recommend

I arrived late evening and required assistance the manager and hotel staff were very quick to ensure I had the appropriate accommodation for my needs. I cant thank them enough. Beautiful suites and wonderful staff..I am still here enjoying my holiday with my daughter thankyou Aqua Bay!

3star Hotel not 5 star. Building is showing signs of wear. Reported toilet not flushing when we arrived on Friday, reported again, Sat, Sun, and Monday, its still not working along with a broken fridge. The food is terrible. All packet and tinned, so if you like smash for your potato then you will be fine. All the ingredients are the cheapest you could buy. Queue up in line to be served buffet style just like school dinners. We are eating out at an extra cost to the holiday. The staff have heard the complaints all before. Hotel is not as advertised so don't waste your money!

Lovely qaint hotel. Arrived late in the evening and had a welcome drink and dinner set aside for us as dining was closed then. Taken to our rooms. At first was a bit disappointed with the room as it appeared more 3 star than 5 but in the morning my view had changed. Its a minalist decor and not what I was expecting based on the pictures I've seen in reviews but it eventually grew on me. Still not quite 5 star by UK standards. I shared the room with my mother and youngest son. The room was large room with a big balcony (room to sleep 3). My husband and my other son shared a smaller room with a smaller balcony. The decor was nice and like the pictures. One of the other things we loved about the hotel was the food. This has been one of the tastiest all inclusive I've had hands down. The food was delicious and the variety great. Not much in terms of vegan options but didn't mind being vegetarian for this holiday. There were themed days at the one of the restaurant at the water park as well as options for fast food at the water park when the restaurants were closed. Another reason why we love this hotel was the pools. For a small hotel, it has at least 6 pools and also located next to a water park. If you're lucky to get a ground floor room located next to the pool, it felt like you had your own private pool. But you are free to use any of the pools in the hotel. So no need to hug a deck chairs in the morning as the options are varied. There is also an option to use the facilities of one of the sister hotels, nearby (Planos Hotel) but we chose to stay within Aqua bay as the facilities were better. Another asset were the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was to much to ask. Our room was serviced daily and the cleanliness spot on. Can't say the same for some of the hotels we've stayed in including 4 star British hotels. There's a bus stop not too far from the hotel so can easily take a bus to town. The Tsilivi beach is a good 15-20 minute walk away, but worth the visit. Would happily stay at this hotel again but would like to try the sister hotel, New Aqua Bay, next door.

Enjoyable stay, nice vacation destination. Service strong 4*, amenities used to be 4* years ago but were neglected in maintenance and today many are broken and/or stained. Definitely not a 5* hotel. Falsely advertised as such. Drinks good and fairly genuine, no scam there. Food quite variable but differs very little over the week, so can get a bit dull towards the end of stay. Many different size pools allow a flexible relaxation. Nice animation. Comfortable rooms with a bit of cleaning issues here and there, nothing critical. Overall the staff is the hotel's strongest asset and if someone would invest money in maintenance it would be a solid 4* all around. If you can book it under 1000€ per week/person, it's worth it.

Good hotel but not worth 5 stars! The hotel Itself is clean and in decent shape. Our shower head had not enough pressure and was hanging loose. Pool is not clean as it has green stuff on the edge of the pool. The food was horrible, only breakfast was decent. We went to restaurants the whole stay because we couldn’t stand the food. It is a good hotel for young kids, the water park is a great place for the kids. The website said the beach is a 300m walk.. more like a 500 meter walk but that’s fine. Some staff member were nice but some were always in a bad mood!

We had the best time. The waterpark was brilliant fun for all. The staff were so friendly and I consider the Greek people the most hospitable. That's why I go back year after year. The entertainment team were amazing, we have been driven to distraction trying to find the song we danced to every night, we had the best time and the memories will last a lifetime. Great selection of pools and a really nice room for a family.

Great hotel for families. Lots of pools all close to rooms. Water park is on the grounds so a 2 minute walk there. Lots of entertainment. Good selection of european food a various theme nights. Friendly helpful staff.
