Amazing stay, best hotel and after a walk through oia, definitely best location, away from all the hustle of the tourists but right next to everything. I don't normally write reviews but wanted to add to the stream of people praising Vangelis. He is truly perfect at his job, brilliant with people and does everything possible to make your stay special. Best jacuzzi ever, and the champagne at breakfast made everything even more special. 100% recommend

I can't even begin to express how great this place was! Vangelis, the front desk manager was the primary reason this stay was so phenomenal, he went above and beyond in every aspect and was always so friendly and helpful. He talked to us all about the island, the do's and don'ts, where to go, what to see and what to expect. We brought beers to the pool and he went and got us an ice bucket to keep them cold and he lugged our two big suitcases up a ton of stairs all the way to the room at the very top of the hotel. He always asked us how our day was, what we did and if we enjoyed it. I have never felt so taken care of by a hotel! He even gave us his cell number to call at all hours for anything (which of course we did not abuse). Beyond just the amazing level of customer service, they serve you breakfast in your room every day of anything you want & as much as you want. There's a jacuzzi on the balcony and our room had the best view looking out over the caldera. It was an amazing spot to eat breakfast, drink a bottle of wine and relax! The AC worked ridiculously well and unlike other Greek islands we've stayed on, they allowed us to cool the room all day long (vs having to use your key to turn the AC on and just be miserable until it finally cools down). They even cooled our room down before we got there! It's steps away from the walking path at the Oia town center - super convenient location. What a gem, we are so lucky to have found this place & cannot recommend it enough!

Hotel has a great location, close to Oia. Many restaurants and white constructions nearby. The room is big, modern and greek style. It has the minimum amenities, but missing the body milk, quite necessary for a beach city. Wifi is ok and the air conditioning is good. Towels have a good size and the water pressure is also good. Two sinks is welcome for a couple. There are also two beach/pool towels. Small swimming pool, but just for eight rooms is enough. Our room also had a private jacuzzi, warm and nice. Breakfast is served on the room, you have to tell them the day before what you want and what time. It is quite good. There is free parking behind the hotel. Vangelis, the guy that receives you, is very friendly and helpful, explaining all what Santorini has to offer.

We had an excellent stay here for our visit to Oia. Our room had a personal hot tub, the room was exceptionally clean and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool after our hike. They serve a complementary breakfast which was delicious and brought to your room. We ordered champagne and the Greek omelette and it felt like breakfast in bed. If you are looking for a romantic, clean hotel that is near downtown Oia, look no further and book Elitoz Suites!

Yannis and team (including Gregory and Tatjana) helped make our stay wonderful. They are not only super lovely but also very helpful with anything you need, including booking excursions. The location is perfect as it's seconds from Oía's centre and the Caldera but also just nicely tucked away to avoid street noise on one side. Great breakfast delivered to the room daily with decent choice. Small venue, so getting on top of each other poolside as every room has its own hot tub/jacuzzi anyway. Thanks team.

The location was perfect! You could park your car and walk just a few meters to the Oia center. The staff was super friendly and accessible, the breakfast was amazing and served in the room at the time you request and we could have it outside. The room was clean and cozy! There’s a great pool outside for all guests, and our room had a private jacuzzi in the balcony. Everything was perfect, i’m just sad we couldn’t stay longer!
