★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have installed a metallic structure at the boarding gate to check that the hand luggage has the required dimensions (40*55*20). However it is actually smaller so they forced most of the people on our flight to pay €50 euros just to get to the plane. The next gate (different company) had similar device (bigger), required same dimensions and our luggage could easily fit in. This is a fraud!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, I travelled with Elinair from Thessaloniki to Athens a few days ago. It was my first time with Elinair and I hope not the last, since everything was perfect! The plane was clean, enough space for the legs (seat 11E). The personnel was thorough in everything they did. They sticked to their covid19 protocol. The flight was calm, I didn't realize we were landing till the moment the plane touched the ground. One word, BRAVO!
PS. I don't remember if the ticket reservation was easy or not, but I will come back to that when i 'll fly with Elinair!
