★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι πτήσεις με καθυστέρηση κ αποτι άκουσα γίνεται συχνά αυτό... Και σε πτήση από Ηράκλειο Θεσσαλονίκη με ενδιάμεση στάση Αθήνα πέρα από τη 1,5 ώρα καθυστέρηση χάσανε και τις βαλίτσες όσων έρχονταν από Ηράκλειο. Δεν είχαν καν ενημέρωση για το που βρίσκονταν. Οι αεροσυνοδοί καλή εξυπηρέτηση αλλά σαν οργάνωση θέλει δουλειά. Δεν θα τη προτιμήσω ξανά.
 Delayed flights and from what I heard this often happens ... And on a flight from Heraklion Thessaloniki with a stopover in Athens beyond the 1.5 hour delay, they lost the suitcases of those coming from Heraklion. They did not even know where they were. The flight attendants good service but as an organization wants work. I will not prefer it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αεροπορικη εταιρεια Ellinair ειναι εντελως απαραδεκτη. Πολυ κακης ποιοτητας εξυπηρετηση πελατων ενω οι υπαλληλοι της στο αεροδρομιο της Θεσσαλονικης επιδιωκουν συνεχως χωρις να υπαρχει λογος να σου επιβαλλουν προστιμα για τις αποσκευες καμπινας.
The airline Ellinair is completely unacceptable. Very poor quality customer service while its employees at Thessaloniki Airport are constantly trying to reasonably impose fines on cabin luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 φορά που ταξιδεύω με αυτήν 4 φορά πάνω από 2 ώρα καθυστέρηση. Κ στις ερωτήσεις για ποιον λόγο αναβάλλεται συνεχώς ενώ μας έχουν όρθιους στο τσεκ ιν παίρνουμε απαντήσεις με τουπέ κ υφάκι..
4 times I travel with her 4 times over 2 hours delay. K questions about why it is being postponed constantly while we are standing in the check in we get answers with a napkin cloth ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταξίδεψα από Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη το Σάββατο 15 Φεβρουαρίου και επέστρεψα την Τρίτη 18 Φεβρουαρίου (3 ημέρες μετά). Ξαφνικά, η χειραποσκευη μου στην επιστροφή τους φάνηκε μεγάλη (!!!???) και πλήρωσα 50 ευρώ προκειμένου να επιβιβαστω στο αεροπλάνο. Ο δε υπάλληλος, ο πιο αγενής που εχω συναντήσει στη ζωή μου. Και το χειρότερο? Η μιζερη, κακοπληρωμένη θεσουλα του με την κονκάρδα στο πέτο, του έδινε την εξουσία που ονειρευόταν μια ζωή. Ο δύστυχος!!!!! Απαράδεκτοι! Σημειωτέον πως με την ίδια χειραποσκευη έχω ταξιδέψει πολλές φορές χωρις κανένα πρόβλημα. Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναταξιδεψω ΠΟΤΈ ΠΙΑ!!!!!
I traveled from Athens to Thessaloniki on Saturday 15th February and returned on Tuesday 18th February (3 days later). Suddenly, my luggage on their return looked great (!!! ???) and I paid 50 euros to get on the plane. And the clerk, the most rude I've ever met in my life. And the worst? His miserable, misplaced scythe with the badge on his lapel gave him the power to dream a life. The unhappy !!!!! Unacceptable! It should be noted that with the same luggage I have traveled many times without any problems. I will not travel again NEVER !!!!!
