Really bad organisation at the boarding, we had to wait more than 45 minutes, very unprofessional and impolite staff.

Whenever I'm unlucky enough to travel with AA I regret it. Bad service, no customer support, absolute indifference.

Bad Customer Care They give Miles and Bonus Card for Star Alliance members I book at Lufthansa THE Star Alliance member and don’t receive miles because they have done code sharing with Swiss Air, which is also Star Alliance Also so often i have use flights from Aegean Codesharing with Lufthansa? Very bad that’s fraud to customers who pay higher prices flying with the members Airlines and then nothing!? Impossible! A shame and unacceptable

If you have any kind of mobility issue just stay AWAY from this company. Really. They won't allow you to wait sitted before you enter the plane if you have passed the boarding. Since, there is no priority for those who don't have the assistance in the ticket (aka those who have asked for a wheelchair 48 hrs in advance), your only option will be to wait until the last passenger proceeds at the gate and go after him. But even this way you ll end up standing for a very long time until you arrive to your seat because they don't allow you to sit in front of the gate as soon as you have validate your passport even if there are chairs nearby and the waiting queues are huge... Maybe it's better to risk to wait until they call your name. Then they might ask you to climb the seats to sit next to a window for "your safety" after asking you out loud questions like what your problemis exactly and why you need a crutch, if you are injured or you have general mobility problems etc. Most airlines allow you to keep medical items such as crutches somewhere close to you and if not, someone will give them to you quite early. In Aegean you can take them back only if some passenger is kind enough to give them to you and they might have scratches on them since people try to take their belongings like crazy to get out early... If you are late to exit the plane, you might hear some comments about you. You might also hear the crew girls discuss out loud from time to time during the trip. Finally, if you need a special meal for medical reasons (low salt or diabetic for instance) always make sure you checked the ingredients. I ve noticed that the low salt meal for example is served with salted crackers (2.3g of salt per 100g)... Apparently noone bothered to check it.

Aegean Airbus neo: This should be the new cabin design / branding? Seat pitch / comfort unacceptable - the most unconvenient seat I ever encountered, even when traveling in Asia there is more space. That's below any serious level - it's probably the most dense setup of an A 320 - and on top Aegean allows reclinign the seat. Well, I will prefer any old cabin design of another airline instead being sandwiched for hours again with Aegean. A flying sardine can. 0 stars for this is the right rating.

Good Service, friendly staff. The prices are of the charts especially Thessaloniki-Larnaca. You must be joking to ask for 250euros for 1.5hour one way ticket. Also the flights are really early in the morning so you get an overpriced ticket for early( almost no sleep night before )flight. I used to travel a lot with them but the prices went up and almost my gold miles card expired and there was no notice before on email, as if the wanted it to expire. Would only use if you book really early. +Polite stuff and service -Extreme prices -Online checkin 8-12 euros to get a seat you want -Very early routes

Unfortunately, the folding table of the of my seat was very dirty even though they publicly say that thorough cleaning and sanitization take place after every flight. In addition no covid measures are taken in order to keep the passengers in safe distance from each other.. money is always the only goal, regardless of the health consequences. Once again below expectations (Flight ATH-BLQ)
