Airport Rent a Car - Thessalonikis - Peraias

Pretty old cars and excessive cleaning fees. Had some sand leftovers and salt marks from sitting wet. They acted as if I killed somebody. Ok no problems but 60euros to clean that is simply excessive. Can do it in USA for less, with higher paid workforce. Aside from that little trouble, my car came with 84K km. Now that's too much. And I've seen even older cars at the lot. But, these guys had cars when others were telling me they have none. At it was suzuki swift diesel. So, I am greatful.

Good , reliable service, Lady Ann pick us from the airport and within 20 minutes we got our car. Car was new and sanitation completed before we have it. Recommend this company

Very personalized, and professional service from this company, 3 minutes from the airport and quite affordable. We were welcomed at the airport, did not have to queue (like with larger companies) to pick-up or return. The car was just perfect for our needs and we enjoyed very much the places in and around Thessaloniki, using the good advice provided by Ms Konstantina Mavroska. Many thanks!

Excellent service. Picked up from the airport and brought to the car rental location no problem. Rental procedure went smoothly, no pushing for extra's. The car was not new and had a few miles on it, but it drove perfectly so no complaints there. Super flexible with return time, coming in specially on a weekend evening to collect the car and drop me off at the airport. There was a tiny new dent in the car when I dropped it off and although she saw it, I was not charged for it. I would definitely rent a car here again!

I have rented 3 cars on SKG Airport and this company was the worst. We had to go to their office,give them deposit,sign as much papers as in SIXT, woman was neutral and very unfriendly and returning car was also not smooth. Next time I will try another company. Car was new and clean - 2 stars for car only.

BEWARE, KEEP AWAY! Horrible experience. I have been renting cars both for private and business travels for more than 10 years now and I have never seen so unprofessional and customer-unfriendly car rental company so far. Right upon our arrival the lady (owner?) has had an unfriendly, aggressive attitude towards us (family with 3 children) as if we were some criminals wanting to steel or damage her car. We have selected an option with extra insurance called Full Damage Waiver (FDW). (CDW was apparently already included in basic price). It was supposed to free us from paying excess deposit but then the lady started nervously explaining us that if we have an accident and the fault would be on our side, they will assume we have INTENTIONALLY caused the accident and we will fully pay for the damage. It was of course unreasonable and unacceptable for us, so we started arguing with this “logic” giving some examples of unintended incidents that can cause an accident (blinded by the sun etc.) It made the lady even more aggressive and she eventually denied us to rent the car, which under such circumstances we wouldn’t rent anyway. They kept the advance payment of course! Anyway, the experience was horrible, and I would not recommend anybody to go through it. I am sure, even if we had rented the car, the company would look for any reason to rip us off, looking with magnifier for some scratches or sth… Fortunately right after this experience we have managed to rent the car in neighboring company CENTAURO, for the same price, with full insurance and professional and very friendly customer service. So I would recommend to go 1 km further direction Perea and use CENTAURO instead this… Hopefully someone will benefit from this experience. Have a nice stay in Greece ?! PS. Regarding below comments. My wife's Driver license in Hardcopy was available, so she could sign the contract...but it has nothing to do with the whole situation. Regarding the terms of use - pleas note that one sentence from Terms & Conditions will always be used against the customer: "Damages caused by intent or negligence are not covered by insurance". Company's sick "logic": any damage with customer's fault means it was either intentional or due negligence.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. The car was totally destroyed and very dirty. The owners are little bit scary and unfriendly. They prices are very high on the same street are more and better options.
