K	Kostas “DeathGus” Marinis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση περιμένω δέμα από το εξωτερικό έχει παραδοθεί 12/4/22 και είναι ακόμα σε αποστολή από τις 13/422 έρχεται Μάιος και ακόμα να παραδοθεί , όσες αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις και να γίνουν δεν πρόκειται να αλλάξει κάτι. Poor service I expect parcel from abroad has been delivered 12/4/22 and is still on shipment from 13/422 comes May and still to be delivered, no matter how many negative evaluations are made nothing is going to change.
m	marialena karapiperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα 2 αστέρια μόνο για την ευγένεια κάποιων υπαλλήλων. Κατά τα άλλα παίζει να είναι το χειρότερο ταχυδρομείο σε χρόνο αναμονής. Μόνο αν έχει κακό καιρό έχει κι λίγο κόσμο. The 2 stars only for the courtesy of some employees. Otherwise it plays to be the worst mail in waiting time. Only if the weather is bad is it crowded.
S	S Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ποιο χειρότερο Ελληνικό ταχυδρομείο τα ΕΛΤΑ στην Ελλάδα .Είχα παραγγείλει ένα δέμα από Πολωνία κ μου ήρθε από την Ταιβανια να το παραλάβω από τα ΕΛΤΑ κ μου βάζουν τελώνιο κ δασμούς 2.5€. Φυσικά δεν είναι πολλά αλλά για φανταστείτε να πλήρωνα το ποσό των 1..000 € από Πολωνία κ να έρθει από Ταιβανια κ να πλήρωνα 1.000 χωρίς να είχα γνώση .Πάνε στα ΕΛΤΑ κ αντί να εξυπηρετήσουν με επαγγελματισμό Καθονται οι υπάλληλοι κ πίνουν καφέ κ μπουρου μπουρου.Φανταστειτε ούτε κ επαγγελματισμο,δεν έχει ο ίδιος ο Courier για να στείλει το δέμα στην συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία σπίτι!. Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα μηδέν αστέρια! The worst Greek post office is ELTA in Greece. I had ordered a parcel from Poland and it came to me from Taiwan to receive it from ELTA and they put customs and duties of 2.5 €. Of course it is not much but to imagine paying the amount of 1..000 € from Poland and to come from Taiwan and pay 1,000 without my knowledge. Go to ELTA and instead of serving professionally The employees sit and drink coffee and coffee Imagine not even professionalism, Courier himself does not have to send the parcel home on that date !. A	Andreas Rafail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακάρι να μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια. Πέρασαν έξω από το σπίτι μου, δεν μου χτύπησαν κουδούνι για το δέμα και απλά μου άφησαν ένα χαρτί για να πάω εγώ να το πάρω. Όταν έστειλα έναν φίλο μου να παραλάβει το δέμα ( γιατί τις ελάχιστες ώρες που είναι ανοιχτά εγώ δουλεύω ) και είχε μαζί του το χαρτί και όλα τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας, του είπαν πως δεν γίνεται να του το δώσουν και πως πρέπει να πάω εγώ με την ταυτότητα μου και να υπογράψω και πως δεν γίνεται να μου το ξανά στείλουν στο σπίτι. Πραγματικά δουλεύουν όπως όλο το ελληνικό δημόσιο. Δεν κάνουν τίποτα σωστά. Εννοείται πως δεν ξανά παραγγέλνω από κάπου που συνεργάζεται με τα ΕΛΤΑ. I wish I could put 0 stars. When I sent a friend of mine to pick up the parcel (because I work during the open hours) and he had the paper and all the details of the order with him, they told him that it was not possible to give it to him and that I should go with her my ID and to sign and how it is not possible to send it back to my home. Δεν ξέρω ποιος ευθύνεται , εγώ πάντως όποτε θέλω να στείλω κάτι στον αδερφό μου στην Κρήτη δεινοπαθώ. 40-50 άτομα αναμονή ,αργή εξυπηρέτηση , και αργό προσωπικό. Καταρχάς είναι απαράδεκτο στον 21 αιώνα να θέλεις να στείλεις κάτι και να περιμένεις αμέτρητες ώρες . Στο Εξωτερικό ,σε όλες τις χώρες πάντα υπάρχει ένα ταμείο που εξυπηρετεί μόνο αποστολές και παραλαβές . 3 Ταμεία και χρησιμοποιούνται μόνο ΓΙΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΜΕΣ . Με λίγα λόγια δεν είναι Ταχυδρομείο. Διότι στο ταχυδρομείο πάς για να στείλεις και να παραλάβεις. Δεν είμαι ο μόνος . Υπάρχουν πολλοί που παραπονιούνται για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα . Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα , ήταν 3 άτομα να στείλουν δέματα και 40 να πληρώσουν λογαριασμούς . Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει ένα ταμείο ΑΠΟΚΛΕΙΣΤΙΚΑ για Αυτό το πράγμα. Για να παραλάβω ένα δέμα περίμενα 2 ώρες. Αφορά την διοίκηση . !!!! Unfortunately, I was not happy. The service was fast (I hardly waited like 3'), the cashiers were decent...and no problems. I went Monday, around 1:45 PM, if in case you wonder.
