Far away .... what is worse. You pay for the parcel to go home and they call you to go and get it. They have a lie in their mouth. Poor service.

Πάντα πάω και παίρνω τα δέματα από εκεί, γιατί γνωρίζω πως θα κάνουν καμιά βδομάδα να έρθουν ... Good service in the store although it usually has a queue of customers. L	Loukia Politi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρωί καθημερινής, χωρίς καθόλου κόσμο,μοναδική πελάτισσα εγώ,θέλω να στείλω έναν φάκελο εξωτερικό.Περίμενα 15 λεπτά να επιστρέψει η "υπεύθυνη για το εξωτερικό", ενώ ο πιτσιρικάς υπάλληλος (εσωτερικού ;?; ) έτρωγε τυροπιτούλα ανενόχλητος. Αφού ήρθε η υπεύθυνη, τους πηρε μόνο τρία τέταρτα να στείλουν τα έγγραφα μου. Καλά πήγε Every morning, without any people, I am the only customer, I want to send an envelope abroad. p	ppsich psich10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έρχεται λοιπόν το δέμα μου, δεν μπαίνει καν στον κόπο να μου χτυπήσει κουδούνι αφήνει το χαρτάκι του. Εντάξει λέω συμβάινουν αυτα, παίρνω τηλέφωνο, το σηκώνουν στην 15η προσπάθεια τους δίνω συμπληρωματικά στοιχεία, όροφος, κουδούνι, 2 διαφορετικά κινητά και τους λέω κιόλας να μην έρθουν την αμέσως επόμενη μέρα γιατί θα λείπω αλλά απο την τάδε ημερομηνία και μετά θα μπορώ να παραλάβω καθε μερα. "Ναι ναι το σημείωσα" Προφανώς ήρθαν λάθος ημέρα, προφανώς δεν έκανα καμία προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας και οταν πάλι σε διψηφιο αριθμό προσπαθειών κατάφερα να μου κάνουν την χάρη να απαντήσουν μου την είπαν οτι δεν τους είχα ενημερώσει! Γενικά δεν μου έχει τύχει προσωπικά ποτέ να εξυπηρετηθώ από τα ΕΛΤΑ Bonus: Ποτέ, μα ποτέ μην πάρετε ευθραστο δέμα με ΕΛΤΑ θα πάει τσάμπα οι άνθρωποι ειναι σαλτιμπαγκοι. G	Greg Goulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι, αποστολή από κατάστημα στις 9/3 που έκανα παραγγελία και μέχρι σήμερα 15/3 δεν έχω παραλάβει ενώ εχτές 14/3 μου είχαν πει ότι σήμερα θα έχω το προϊόν. Και το ακόμη πιο εκνευριστικο είναι ότι δεν σηκώνει κανένας το τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσεις τι γίνεται. Αν δε είχα covid θα είχα κατέβει στο υποκατάστημα και θα γινόταν χαμός. Με έχουν βγάλει από τα ρούχα μου! Unacceptable, shipping from a store on 9/3 that I placed an order and until today 15/3 I have not received while last year 14/3 I was told that today I will have the product. And what's even more annoying is that no one picks up the phone to ask what's going on. If I did not have covid I would have gone down to the branch and it would have been a disaster. They have taken me out of my clothes!
