Amazing hotel and it is very family oriented, the staff were exceptional ( Georgia, Ismail from the hotel , TUI staff ( Louis and Stasha ), plenty of pools and very excellent water slides, the food was delicious and the main restaurant location and view is awesome..

What a fabulous week we've had. Just using the free courtesy room to freshen up before the coach trip to the airport then back to the UK. Great food. Great refreshments. Great pools. Amazing staff. I can't fault it.

Great hotel complex. Fabulously clean. Really well maintained with friendly and polite staff. Food areas were immaculate with a good range of food. We were there for the last week of the season so a few amenities were not open. If we had paid full price then we would have been a bit miffed. If you are you going on the water slides use a ring or lilo. The joins on the slides rip you to bits!

My brother and his family stayed there and loved the place. Friendly and efficient staff. Great activities for the kids and all over great holiday experience.

Great hotel if you have kids. Well laid out, in a nice understated style, plenty of room, never seems too busy and never had to queue for anything and this was half term week. 3 pools and one fantastic water alide park. Food was always tasty with enough variety for at least a week. Can get quite windy, and entertainment is really child orientated. The main bar is like a premier inn bar and could do qith a rethink. Staff are all lovely. I recommend that you hire a car to get to some decent beaches. I paid £1200 for 7 days, 2 adults, 1 kid, half term week and for that price it is excellent.

Just finished a week at Elounda Breeze with our 4 year old and have to say, pretty underwhelming hotel. We had an amazing holiday, but mainly because of things we done outside of the hotel itself. The staff are all very friendly which is great, but negatives really outweigh the positives. We’ve stayed both Sensatori and TUI Blue before so thought we knew what to expect but really disappointed compared to previous TUI Blue holiday, screams to me about budget cuts. The food was poor and super repetitive in main restaurant. The ‘Green and Grill’ food was very average and was pretty much what you’d expect in the buffet of an all inclusive. Our bed sheets weren’t changed once during our week (we know this as our daughter got a small bit of pen on the duvet, which remained on until we cleaned off ourselves with a baby-wipe before leaving). Cups and glasses not cleaned or changed since having a coffee and wine on our first day. The night-time entertainment was worst of all. Most of it is done by the reps themselves who try hard, but it was honestly comparative to a high school talent show most nights. All night-time entertainment is outside in an Amphitheatre setting, which to me is too small for the hotel size and having kids 6 stories up on stone steps is an accident waiting to happen. We seen countless families mainly with kids aged 4-6 leaving to go to rooms early as its just really not good. Crete itself is beautiful which is what made our holiday. May use TUI again for flights but absolutely will not be back at a TUI Blue hotel again as standards have really dropped.

Loved our experience here. Food was delicious and could always find something to eat. Baby pureed food for our 7 month old was a brilliant added extra! Nice all inclusive drinks Access to some areas with a pram a little uneasy but was able to get around. Would recommend and would come back here
