I live literally 10mins from the place. It's been 4 days and no one has called me neither gave me any update on my package. Worst courier ever

They are claiming they are attempting to deliver the packages and not find you at home. They are doing this so that they force you to go there , stand in the queue and pick up the parcel yourself which defeats the whole purpose of being a courier service. They also won't answer phones or emails. To any foreign retailers reading this , DO NOT USE ELTA COURRIER to send products to your customers in Greece. You will only receive bad ratings for your stores. Yes it's your fault too. There are over 1000 reviews here , your are supposed to check the services which will be delivering your products. @google please implement 0 star rating for cases like this.

They use a one and only attempt to deliver policy. Then they claim the delivery reached it’s destination, (and I wasn’t present to collect it, even though I was). They rarely inform of the day and time of delivery. They force you to attend to their premises for the collection of any item, due to the one failed attempt delivery policy. They are not responsive to calls. I totally suggest various sales businesses to switch to an alternative Courier Service. Also Kipseli is not Ampelokipi.

This service is by far the worst delivery company in Greece (probably worldwide, but I don’t have enough proof to make that claim) Apart from the usual behavior that I have experienced countless of times (claiming to have attempted delivery, leaving a message to contact them, nobody picking up the phone) and that everybody else on these reviews mentions, they now have a new service. Prank delivery! They arrive at your doorstep, ring once and then run! Of course the usual message will be there and the countless hours on the phone will still remain to leave everybody’s expectations as they were. I don’t get it from the deliverer’s perspective. You arrived at your destination, reached one checkpoint probably for the first time in your delivery career and you cannot wait longer than 5 seconds? Where does that benefit you? Please, for the benefit of all people waiting for deliveries, shut down asap. I was waiting (and still am 16 days later) for something unimportant, but other people might be waiting for something that their life can depend on. You cannot pick and choose to whom you are going to deliver. If you decide to remain operative, please change your services description from courier company to “never-gonna-get-it company”, “ring-as-much-as-you-want company” or “not-to-be-trusted-with-anything company”

i got the same problem as everyone. they are calming that they attempt delivery (that is a lie) and that they cant deliver again cause they days passed so ether i will go and get my package from there store or they will return it (they time that they waisted). i whent there and asked them why they didn't contact with me, the only thing i got was a tone of excuses but not solutions or actions. what is the meaning of a currier company that doesn't deliver? they are just bored to do there job, better shut it down. they don't deserve to be called currier if they don't do that

My delivery from Amazon was scheduled on 28th of March. The courier came to my place on 23rd of March, I wasn't there and no one ever informed me about this delivery, not even a phone call. When I took an email that they tried to deliver my package, I called them back and they said they do not retry to deliver packages a second time, although the delivery date of theirs was wrong.

Zero stars( reviews) .. !! Their service is not worth anything. Unacceptable. The courier did not find me. They texted me to call. I called them thirty times, from morning until afternoon ... Nobody answered. When I went to get my box (on my own) I mentioned my unanswered calls to them, the employee made fun of me, because she says I was not clear in the shipping details so the distributor did not find me .. I told you something else, dear.. You tell me something else !! What does it have to do with not you answer the phones with what the distributor did not find me..

Is this for real? How can these people still be in business after 1800 1-star reviews? I had the same experience like everyone else and wonder why anyone would ever choose to work with them. Next steps? This place is so far away from where I live it is probably faster to wait for them to start drone deliveries than go there and fight for my parcel.
