A	Anastasios Ptr. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι πολύ κλισέ να πει κάποιος ότι "ελληνική υπηρεσία έχει απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση " αλλά δυστυχώς στα ΕΛΤΑ Κυψέλης αυτό ισχύει και με το παραπάνω. Με δικαιολογία τον κορονοϊο πλέον, κανένα δέμα δεν παραδίδεται στο σπίτι (αυτό το λέω πολύ κυριολεκτικά) και αναγκάζεται ο κόσμος να πάει προσωπικά για την παραλαβή σε κατάστημα. Αυτό οδηγεί σε ουρές μίας ώρα και παραπάνω στο κατάστημα (στο πεζοδρόμιο της πλατείας κυψέλης) και, όταν με το καλό φτάσει η σειρά σου για να εξυπηρετηθείς, πρέπει να συναναστραφεις με ένα προσωπικό που είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτο. Δεν συστήνω σε καμία περίπτωση το κατάστημα και κατ επέκταση τα ΕΛΤΑ. It is very cliché to say that "Greek service has unacceptable service" but unfortunately in ELTA Kypselis this is also true with the above. With the coronavirus excuse now, no parcel is delivered to the house (I say this very literally) and people are forced to go in person to pick it up at a store. This leads to queues of more than an hour in the store (on the sidewalk of the hive square) and, when it is your turn to be served, you have to socialize with a staff that is indulgently unacceptable. I do not recommend in any case the store and consequently ELTA.
k	kostas kritikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα 4 αστέρια για την εξυπηρέτηση μεγάλου αριθμού πελατών καθημερινά . Δεν υπάρχει όμως αυτό που λέμε η ευχάριστη αίσθηση εξυπηρέτησης προς τους πελάτες. Παρόλο που το κατάστημα βρίσκεται σε έναν χώρο άνετο, σύγχρονο οι υπάλληλοι συμπεριφέρονται όπως οι δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι στις υπηρεσίες τους . Δεν υπάρχει σωστή ενημέρωση προς αυτούς και φυσικά η ΕΛΤΑ όπως συνήθως παρέχει τις υπηρεσίες της με πολύ μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις . Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει και άλλη ταχυδρομική εταιρία για να υπάρξει συναγωνισμός . Δεν τολμάς να στείλεις γράμμα έγγραφο με άλλες μεταφορικές λόγω υπερβολικού κόστους . Παρόλαυτα η εξυπηρέτηση και η καλή διάθεση από μέρους των εργαζομένων , όπως και η ταχύτερη αποστολή και παράδοση των αποστολών μας , είναι νομίζω καθήκον και υποχρέωση της εταιρείας και των εργαζομένων τής The 4 stars for serving a large number of customers daily. But there is no such thing as a pleasant sense of customer service. Although the store is located in a comfortable space, modern employees behave like civil servants in their services. There is no proper information to them and of course ELTA as usual provides its services with very long delays. I would like there to be another postal company to have competition. You do not dare to send a letter document with other transport due to excessive cost. Nevertheless, the service and the good mood on the part of the employees, as well as the faster sending and delivery of our missions, is, I think, the duty and obligation of the company and its employees.
D	Dimitris L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν βελτιωθεί σε σχέση με το παρελθόν μακάρι να πήγαιναν εκεί τα δέματα αντί για Ελτά Κούριερ Ευελπίδων (κατ΄όνομα κούριερ αχαχα). They have improved compared to the past, I wish the parcels went there instead of Elta Courier Evelpidon (by name courier ahaha).
a	ana dragacevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ανευθυνότητα!!!!!!!! Περιμένω 12 μέρες πακέτο, το οποίο πλήρωσα για να έρθει σε τρεις μέρες. Κανείς δεν απαντά πουθενά στο τηλέφωνο. Το δέμα έφτασε από Σερβία με ταχυδρομείο express, αλλά το κρατούν στο κέντρο για μέρες και δεν το παραδίδουν στη διεύθυνση μου. Το χειρότερο ταχυδρομείο στον κόσμο !!!! Great irresponsibility !!!!!!!! I am waiting for a package for 12 days, which I paid to arrive in three days. No one answers the phone anywhere. The parcel arrived from Serbia by express mail, but they keep it in the center for days and do not deliver it to my address. The worst mail in the world !!!!
D	Dimitrios LioLios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επανέρχομαι αλλά θα αξιολογήσω με τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Ναι όντως έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί παλαιότερα με την διανομή και την αναμονή αλλά νομίζω έχω καταλάβει το πρόβλημα με τα πακέτα του εξωτερικού. Όταν παραγγέλνω πακέτα με βιομηχανικό εξοπλισμό άσχετα με τους δασμούς κ.τ.λ. πηγαίνουν στο κατάστημα Διανομής Δεμάτων ΕΛΤΑ που βρίσκεται στην οδό Αετών τα οποία μου αφήνουν μόνο ειδοποίηση στην πόρτα οπότε πηγαίνω παραλαμβάνω σε άλλα πληρώνω και δασμούς όλα οκ εξάλλου είμαι και 50 μέτρα μακριά από εκεί. Όταν παραγγέλνω πακέτα με ηλεκτρονικά και γενικά μικρά αντικείμενα ηλεκτρονικών μου στέλνουν μύνημα τα ΕΛΤΑ Πλατεία Κυψέλης "ότι το αντικείμενο με RF μπλα μπλα μπλά" θα βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα μας έως 20 ημέρες αλλά αν πας την ίδια πρωινή ή την επόμενη μέρα συνήθως δεν θα το βρείς και θα απασχολήσεις και τον υπάλληλο που λογικά θα ψάχνει το πακέτο σου το οποίο δεν θα έχει προλάβει να ταξινομηθεί. Κατά την γνώμη μου θα πρέπει να έρθει και ή ειδοποίηση με το έντυπο παραλαβής έτσι ώστε να πάτε να το παραλάβετε. Ίσως σε αυτό το κομμάτι να μην χρειάζεται να ασχοληθούμε περισσότερο με τόσα πακέτα που πρέπει να διανεμηθούν στην Κυψέλη κάποιος θα αργήσει κάποιος θα έρθει ποιο γρήγορα κάπου στην μέση είναι το θέμα. Καταλαβαίνω τον κόσμο όταν δυσανασχετεί γιατί ομοίως κι εγώ πρέπει με την σειρά μου να τρέξω να τα πάρω και να πάω να εξυπηρετήσω με την σειρά μου έτερα άτομα και πάει λέγοντας. Συγχαρητήρια και στην προϊσταμένη (δεν περίμενα ποτέ ότι κάποιος θα άκουγε το πρόβλημα σού και θα προσπαθούσε μάθει που βρίσκεται το λάθος να το διορθώσει μελλοντικά) και στους υπαλλήλους που φένεται ότι καταβάλουν κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την επίλυση τέτοιων θεμάτων και κατά την γνώμη μου σήμερα άσχετα με την ώρα προσέλευσης μου (12:45) περάσανε 50 νούμερα με ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση και είναι κάτι που ΔΕΝ είχα ξαναδεί σε αυτό το κατάστημα.
