Β	Βασιλικη Κουμπη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλληλων στην προσπάθεια μου να βρω 1 δέμα όπου είχα 2 κωδικους μιλουσαν πάνω από εμενα χωρίς να ακούν καν τι τους λέω. Για ακόμη μια φορά μηνυμα για προσπάθεια παράδοσης χωρίς να υπάρχει ενδεικτικό χαρτάκι αλλα αυτό το ξέρουν ήδη όλοι από ότι είδα και στα σχόλια. Δεν θα την πρότεινα σε κανέναν όχι για τον λόγο παράδοσης αλλά συμπεριφοράς. Unacceptable behavior of employees in my attempt to find 1 package where I had 2 codes talking over me without even hearing what I was telling them. Once again a message for a delivery attempt without an indicative paper but everyone already knows this from what I saw in the comments. I would not recommend it to anyone not for the sake of tradition but for behavior.

Περίμενα πάνω από 1.5 μήνα για να πάρω μια επιταγή μεγάλου ποσού από ένα δέμα που είχα πουλήσει.Την μια με στείλανε στα ΕΛΤΑ κουριερ τα οποία μου λέγανε ότι δεν έχουν να κάνουν με την επιταγή , την άλλη μου δίνανε το τηλέφωνο ενός ταχυδρόμου που υποτίθεται ότι θα μου την έφερνε σπίτι το οποίο δεν χτυπούσε ποτε . Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να πάω μετά από 1,5 μήνα και μετά από μισή ώρα που ήμουν εκεί και τους έλεγα ότι δεν θα φύγω αν δεν την πάρω , να την βρουν εντελώς τυχαία σε ένα γραφείο που ήταν πίσω τους. Άλλη μια φορά είχα παραγγείλει ένα δέμα . Περίμενα 3 εβδομάδες να έρθει μέχρι που πήγα από εκεί και μου είπαν πως το δέμα ηταν στο ταχυδρομείο ήδη 2 εβδομάδες και θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω ένα μικρό «πρόστιμο» επειδή παρέμεινε στον χώρο τους για πολλές μερες χωρίς να το παραλάβω . Ωστόσο δεν μου είχε έρθει καμία απολύτως ειδοποίηση/μήνυμα για το ότι το δέμα ήταν εκεί . Έπρεπε φαίνεται να μυρισω πάλι τα νύχια μου . The worst service. Unacceptable and rude staff. I waited more than 1.5 months to get a large amount of a check from a parcel I had sold. he would bring it to my house which never knocked. The result was that I went after 1.5 months and after half an hour I was there and told them that I would not leave if I did not take it, to find it completely by accident in an office that was behind them. Another time I had ordered a parcel. I waited 3 weeks for it to arrive until I went from there and they told me that the parcel had been in the post office for 2 weeks and I would have to pay a small "fine" because it remained in their place for many days without receiving it. However, I did not receive any notice / message that the package was there. I seem to have to smell my nails again.

Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο! Great wait !! Huge queue, slow service ... Reduced staff that makes service even more difficult in the covid period. They never answer the phone!
N	Na RO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά να πω ότι οι γυναίκες που δουλεύουν εκεί μέσα είναι ηρωίδες με τέτοιους δύστροπους πελάτες που έχουν να αντιμετωπίσουν. Απορώ με την ψυχραιμία τους. Τα 10 λεπτά που περίμενα εκεί μέσα έβγαλα ελεύθερες ρίζες από την τοξικότητα. Ακόμα και σε μένα απευθύνθηκαν ενώ περίμενα να έρθει η σειρά μου να κάνω πιο γρήγορα γιατί "έχουν και δουλειές" (αυτό ένας συνταξιούχος, είχε και αλλού να πάει να κάνει παρατηρήσεις και να φωνάζει προφανώς, και τον καθυστερούσαμε). Η άλλη χωρίς να έχει ενημερωθεί για τις τιμές έκανε παράπονα για την υψηλή χρέωση, ας πάει αλλού να δει τιμές για αποστολή εκτός Ελλάδας για το συγκεκριμένο δέμα. Μείον ένα αστέρι γιατί για να συμπληρώσω τα στοιχεία με έστειλαν στον απέναντι πάγκο και εξυπηρέτησαν άλλο πελάτη με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένω αυτόν να τελειώσει. Ας είμαστε λίγο ευγενικοί με τους συνανθρώπους μας γενικότερα και ας δείξουμε κατανόηση στο ανεπαρκές προσωπικό και στα μέτρα κοβιντ, εκεί δεν φταίει ο υπάλληλος. First to say that the women who work in there are heroines with such awkward clients they have to deal with. I wonder with their composure. The 10 minutes I waited in there got free radicals from the toxicity. They even addressed me while I was waiting for my turn to do it faster because "they also have jobs" (this is a retiree, he had to go elsewhere to make remarks and obviously shout, and we were delaying him). The other one, without being informed about the prices, complained about the high charge, let him go elsewhere to see prices for shipping outside Greece for the specific package. Minus one star because to fill in the details they sent me to the opposite counter and served another customer so I waited for him to finish. Let us be a little polite to our fellow human beings in general and let us show understanding to the inadequate staff and to the covetous measures, it is not the employee's fault.
