★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φρικτό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης. 50 λεπτά αναμονή για ένα γραμματόσημο! Μόνο μία υπάλληλος στο γκισέ.
Terrible level of service. 50 minute wait for a stamp! Only one clerk at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αργοπορία σε όλο της το μεγαλείο! Δεν έχω ξαναδεί άλλο κατάστημα ΕΛΤΑ να καθυστερεί ΤΟΣΟ ΠΟΛΥ την εξυπηρέτηση. Πραγματικά πιστεύω ότι το κάνουν επίτηδες.
The delay in all its glory! I have never seen another ELTA store delay the service SO MUCH. I really think they do it on purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν πάει άλλο αυτή η κατάσταση. Μεγαλύτερη αργοπορία δεν υπάρχει πουθενά στην Ελλάδα. Ακόμα και με τέσσερα μόνο άτομα στην ουρά η αναμονή μπορεί να κρατήσει και μισή ώρα. Χρησιμοποιώ ταχυδρομείο σε εβδομαδιαία βάση και όποτε κάνω το λάθος να πάω στο συγκεκριμένο μετανιώνω την ώρα και την στιγμή που ήρθα.
This situation is no more. There is no greater delay anywhere in Greece. Even with only four people in line, waiting can take up to half an hour. I use mail on a weekly basis and whenever I make the mistake of going to that particular I regret the time and the moment I came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το όλο κτίριο είναι ένα θαυμάσιο νεοκλασικό, το οποίο όμως θέλει οπωσδήποτε συντήρηση. Το γραφείο των ΕΛΤΑ είναι μικρό για εξυπηρέτηση. Βολεύει όμως καθώς είναι εκτός κέντρου, οπότε η κίνηση εντός του καταστήματος είναι συνήθως μικρή, και το παρκάρισμα εύκολο. Η εξυπηρέτηση μέτρια.
The whole building is a wonderful neoclassical building, but it is definitely maintenance-free. The office of ELTA is small to serve. But it does work out as it is out of center, so traffic inside the store is usually small, and parking is easy. Service moderate.
