D	Dimitris Drakwnakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ρεκόρ ανικανότητας!!! Μου έχουν χάσει 2 πακέτα μέσα σε 2 μήνες και τώρα πάμε για το 3ο!!! ΜΙλάμε για 600 ευρώ ζημιά! Δεν ενδιαφέρονται καθόλου να εξυπηρετήσουν,ούτε να σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο.Για τα πρώτα 2 που μου έχασαν διαμαρτυρήθηκα και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχω,λέει,αποδείξεις πως είμαι ο παραλήπτης,επειδή δεν υπάρχει νούμερο ιχνηλάτησης! Λες και τους δίνει κανείς το δικαίωμα να χάνουν τα πακέτα του κόσμου με αυτή τη δικαιολογία! Λες και έχουμε λεφτα να πετάμε στα σκουπίδια,λες και μας περισσεύουν! Αυτή τη φορά ζήτησα από τον αποστολέα να βάλει ιχνηλάτηση και πάλι κατάφεραν και μου το έχασαν!!! Δεν ντρέπομαι καθόλου να πω πως είναι όλοι εκεί μέσα άχρηστοι και ανίκανοι,δεν αξίζουν να πληρώνονται ούτε 1 ευρώ και καλύτερα να αναλάβει τη θέση εργασίας που δεσμεύουν κάποιος άλλος που όντως θέλει να κάνει τη δουλειά του σωστά και χρειάζεται τη θέση αυτή.Ό,τι παραπάνω αν χρειαστεί να πω θα έχει να κάνει με χριστούς και παναγίες. I am not at all ashamed to say that everyone in there is useless and incompetent, they do not deserve to be paid even 1 euro and it is better to take the job committed by someone else who really wants to do his job properly and needs this job. more if I have to say it will have to do with Christ and the Virgin Mary.
m	manos chaniotakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσα χρόνια είμαι ηράκλειο, από όλα τα δέματα που έχω παραγγείλει δεν μου έχουν χτυπήσει ποτέ το κουδούνι, πότε δεν με έχουν πάρει τηλέφωνο, απλά αφήνουν χαρτάκι (και αν) και λένε ότι δεν μας βρήκαν. Μετά πάμε στο γεγονός ότι χάνουν πακέτα. Μου έχουν χάσει τον κωδικό από την τράπεζα που είχε σταλεί μέσο ΕΛΤΑ, μου είπαν ότι θα τον ψάξουν να τον βρουν (μετά από ένα 45λεπτο που περίμενα εκεί για να το ψάξουν) και θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο, δεν με πήραν ποτέ. Πάντα, μίνιμουμ 30 λεπτά αναμονή με 1 ώρα. Το προσωπικό παρόλο που είναι ευγενικό φαίνεται ότι δεν ενδιαφέρετε καθόλου για τη δουλειά του, σε σημείο που χάνουν και πακέτα, και δεν έγινε και τίποτα.... Τα δέματα παραμένουν πάρα πολύ καιρό στην αποθήκη τους πριν έρθει ειδοποίηση, για παράδειγμα: Έχω κάνει πολλές φορές από κίνα, από τη στιγμή που κάνω την παραγγελία μέχρι να φτάσουν στο ΕΛΤΑ είναι 1-1.5 βδομάδες, για να έρθει το χαρτάκι από το ΕΛΤΑ (200 μετρά από σπίτι μου) σε εμένα είναι τουλάχιστον άλλο τόσο! Και δυστυχώς είναι για όλα τα δέματα η ίδια εμπειρία και όχι μόνο τα εκτελωνισμένα. Όλες οι άλλες μεταφορικές στο ηράκλειο είναι πολύ πιο συνεπές, σε εντέλος διαφορετικό επίπεδο από το ΕΛΤΑ. Πραγματικά εύχομαι να αλλάξει η κατάσταση εκεί κάποια στιγμή, γιατί δυστυχώς δεν είναι στο χέρι μου πολλές φορές να διαλέξω άλλη μεταφορική. Τέλος έχω να πω ότι είναι η χειρότερη επιχείρηση που έχω δει ποτέ, μέχρι και στο Chinatown στη Νέα Υόρκη για τα δρομολόγια με λεωφορεία που μας κόβανε εισιτήρια με παντόφλες, χωρις να μιλάνε αγγλικά, σε μισογκρεμισμένα κτίρια, με λεωφορεία που μένανε στο δρόμο είχα καλύτερη εμπειρία από ότι στο ΕΛΤΑ. Το ΕΛΤΑ είναι το ελληνικό , the office με άλλα λόγια. All the years I have been in Heraklion, from all the parcels I have ordered, my bell has never rung, when they have not called me, they just leave a piece of paper (and if) and say that they did not find us. Always, minimum 30 minutes wait with 1 hour. The staff, although polite, do not seem to care at all about their work, to the point that they lose packages, and nothing happened .... The parcels remain in their warehouse for too long before a notice arrives, for example: I have done many times from china, from the moment I place the order until they reach ELTA it is 1-1.5 weeks, for the paper to come from ELTA (200 meters from my house) to me it is at least as much! And unfortunately it is the same experience for all parcels and not only the customs ones. All other transport in Heraklion is much more consistent, at a completely different level from ELTA. I really hope that the situation there will change at some point, because unfortunately it is not often up to me to choose another metaphor. Finally I have to say that it is the worst business I have ever seen, even in Chinatown in New York for the bus routes that cut our tickets with slippers, without speaking English, in half-destroyed buildings, with buses that stayed on the street I had better experience than in ELTA. ELTA is the Greek, the office in other words.
